★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauro è bravo ad incartarti con le parole, si inventa sempre un problema nuovo.. e guardacaso ogni volta che fa un intervento la frase tipica è: "non puoi capire che ho dovuto fare per questo lavoro e poi è uscito un altro problem.." quindi il preventivo non rispecchia mai la "fattura"...
P.S. per RIGENERARE una frizione mi ha chiesto più di 1000 euro mentre in officina ufficiale 680(origninale e NUOVA, non rigenerata..) incredibile sempre pronto a fregarti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ una delle poche officine profesionali . sono le persone serie e simpatiche. allcune persone che si rivolgono in sede sono poco serie ci sono dei clienti con problemi di testa come quel signore che scrive a sproposito a dei problemi personali con sestesso lauto officina mette solo ricambi originali .ero la mentre il povero cretino quardava sul celulare ricambi usati una bobina usata! e lautopozzi gli diceva che non monta richambi usati .e gentilmente a fatto una diagnosi a profondita e una prova su strada questta si chiama professionalita.MOLTE PERSONE SCRIVONO A SPROPOSIDO !!FORZA AUTOPOZZI SEMPRE FORTI..

I was there while the poor idiot was looking on his mobile phone used spare parts a used reel! and lautopozzi told him that he does not fit used spare parts. and kindly made a diagnosis in depth and a road test this is called professionalism. MANY PEOPLE WRITE SPROPOSIDO !! FORCE CARS ALWAYS STRONG ..

Hanno controllato la mia automobile con un moderno apparato diagnostico che utilizza ancora Windows 98 e che non ha diagnosticato nessun guasto. Il meccanico ha poi fornito un responso oracolare: bisogna cambiare la bobina: costo 168 euro + manodopera non quantificata (dipende da "quello che trovamo quanno aprimo...").
Quando gli ho fatto notare che il pezzo di ricambio costa in realta' poco più di 90 euro, mi ha risposto con fare minaccioso "si va beh, io pero' nun lavoro mica cosi'...", aggiungendo che adesso dovevo pagare 20 euro per la diagnosi eseguita con il loro apparato dello scorso millennio (che peraltro non aveva diagnosticato un bel nulla). Per quel che mi riguarda, io da questi non ci metto più piede.

Ho scelto questa auto officina per due motivi: 1. vicina alla mia casa e 2. (più importante) perché autofficina autorizzata Alfa Romeo. Quindi mi affidai sul fatto che fosse un centro professionale autorizzato Alfa.
Ma non è affatto così. Portai la mia Alfa Giulietta per una presenza anomala di fumo dal motore, dopo una settimana il verdetto è stato “perde olio da una guarnizione della turbina” che è stata (a loro dire) cambiata! TOTALE SPESA 200€ (tutto a nero!)
Dopo due settimane il problema si ripresenta e la riporto in questa auto officina ribadendo che ero già venuto per questo problema simile! Verdetto: un’altra guarnizione (?). TOTALE SPESA 180€ (tutto a nero senza una fattura o una ricevuta!)
Dopo 3 settimane il problema si ripresenta!
Decido di non affidare più la mia macchina in mano a questi incapaci nel loro lavoro!
Al mio ritorno dal mio meccanico di fiducia mi viene riferito che non è stato fatto nessun lavoro e in più la ritrovo con il carter mancante!
PESSIMI! Professionalità zero!
Diffidate dall’insegna “Centro Autorizzato Alfa” ecc, quelli si possono comprare!
+++ TO AVOID! +++
I chose this workshop car for two reasons: 1. close to my home and 2. (more importantly) because it is an authorized Alfa Romeo workshop. So I relied on the fact that it was an authorized Alfa professional center.
But that's not the case at all. I took my Alfa Giulietta for an anomalous presence of smoke from the engine, after a week the verdict was “leaking oil from a turbine gasket” which has been (according to them) changed! TOTAL EXPENSE € 200 (all black!)
After two weeks the problem returns and I bring it back to this workshop, reiterating that I had already come for this similar problem! Verdict: another garnish (?). TOTAL EXPENSE 180 € (all black without an invoice or a receipt!)
After 3 weeks the problem returns!
I decide not to entrust my car in the hands of these incapable in their work anymore!
On my return to my trusted mechanic, I am told that no work has been done and in addition I find it with the carter missing!
BAD! Zero professionalism!
Beware of the "Alfa Authorized Center" sign, etc., you can buy those!
