Come risultato per aver chiesto una riparazione da 190 euro, mi sono ritrovato l’auto con un danno alla carrozzeria valutato in 500 euro, che ovviamente il titolare dell’officina ha disconosciuto, e, dulcis in fundo, con la notifica di una contravvenzione di 50 euro per sosta in doppia fila davanti all’officina, elevata proprio nel giorno in cui il titolare ha preso in consegna la mia auto. Al signor Serafini dico di avere il coraggio di non mandare a dire le cose da terze persone, oppure di negarsi al telefono quando lo si cerca, e concludo dicendo che quando sono tornata per avere il servizio che aveva omesso, invece di mettere due litri di antigelo nel radiatore, ho trovato acqua di rubinetto ... e questo si chiama prendersi gioco delle persone ... io ho pagato per un tagliando che non è stato svolto con onestà ... state attenti a queste persone ... e chiudo qui definitivamente.
