Sono andato nel centro a me più vicino a via degli ammiragli e ho ritrovato quella disponibilità e gentilezza che fanno veramente la differenza . Subito il Responsabile mi è venuto incontro mi ha alzato la macchina l abbiamo guardata sotto insieme ne abbiamo parlato senza fretta senza voler fare il tagliando a tutti i costi. Ho ordinato dei cuscinetti per gli ammortizzatori presso i ricambi stessa cosa, gentilezza e disponibilità nel fornire tutte le informazioni che ho chiesto. Insomma in officina Porsche si sta come a casa. N.B. le informazioni sono gratis e vengono date con il sorriso. R	Roberto Magnarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai avuto un esperienza così negativa, lasciato la vettura, un Porsche Cayenne 3600 per causa accensione spia anomalia motore ma la vettura andava comunque bene, spesi soldi per sostituzione filtro benzina, pulizia pompe benzina e serbatoio ma senza risolvere il problema, riportato la vettura e sono state sostituite tutte le pompe ma senza risolvere ancora il problema, altro ricovero vettura eseguito lavoro che non aveva a che fare con le pompe e si è spenta finalmente la spia, a tutt'oggi dopo aver speso soldi su soldi la macchina a seguito dei lavori, se parcheggio a caldo in discesa, quando metto in moto fa un rumoraccio che camminando va via. La professionalità e le competenze non si improvvisano ma la gentilezza e l'accoglienza non sono da tutti e qui sono valori aggiunti grazie al sig Giordano ed al sig. Mazzarano. Solo loro sono autorizzati a mettere la mano su mezzi che non sono auto comuni. Chi compra questo marchio non può pensare di gestire la vettura dal primo che capita. Certo i prezzi non sono popolari ma questo non dipende né dal capo officina né dai tecnici che ci lavorano. Andare altrove significa rischiare di spendere molto di più dopo. Qui competenze, professionalità e gentilezza sono al top! Consigliato a 6 stellette!!! I just say one word: UNIQUE! Professionalism and skills are not improvised but kindness and hospitality are not for everyone and here they are added values thanks to Mr. Giordano and Mr. Mazzarano. Only they are allowed to get their hands on vehicles that are not common cars. Whoever buys this brand cannot think of managing the car from the first one that happens. Of course the prices are not popular but this does not depend on either the foreman or the technicians who work there. Going elsewhere means risking spending a lot more later. Here skills, professionalism and kindness are at the top! Recommended for 6 stars !!!
