Ho chiesto al secondo tagliando 15 giorni fa di riparare questa anomalia ma ancora non funziona Grazie Avv. R	Riccardo DN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato l auto per tagliando normale e revisione, lamentando una fastidiosa tendenza del mezzo verso destra in autostrada. Mezzo riconsegnato nei tempi. Uscito dall officina ho percorso 1.3km per arrivare dal carrozziere per la Sostituzione del parabrezza danneggiato che ha impedito al mezzo di passare la revisione. Il giorno dopo il carrozziere mi chiama e mi dice che la molla della sospensione sx è SPEZZATA e MALAMENTE INCASTRATA NEL SUPPORTO DELL AMMORTIZZATORE. Spiegandomi in oltre la pericolosità di viaggiare in quelle condizioni per possibile improvviso cedimento del supporto ammortizzatore non progettato per lavorare con una molla spezzata. Tutto questo dopo aver spiegato al capo officina che del mezzo ne faccio un uso professionale e gravoso con percorrenze in singoli viaggi di oltre 1000km e in condizioni invernali disagevoli. Sarei partito per un viaggio di oltre 800km se il mezzo avesse passato la revisione e non fossi stato costretto a passare dal mio attento carrozziere. Sono disgustato e indignato: questi sono errori inammissibili in un officina autorizzata come la vostra che si fa pergiunta vanto di alta professionalità. Il mio avvocato è già al lavoro, avrete presto sue notizie. VERGONA!!! Took the car for normal service and inspection, complaining of an annoying tendency of the vehicle to the right on the motorway. All this after having explained to the foreman that I make a professional and heavy use of the vehicle with distances in single trips of over 1000km and in uncomfortable winter conditions. I would have left for a journey of over 800km if the vehicle had passed the inspection and I hadn't been forced to go to my attentive coachbuilder. I am disgusted and indignant: these are inadmissible errors in an authorized workshop like yours which is also the pride of high professionalism.
