Il titolare oltre ad essere competente e preparato, è cortese e disponibile. Ha risolto un problema noioso al cambio della mia Smart, cosa che alla concessionaria non hanno fatto.
Non posso che essere pienamente soddisfatto.
I must say that I found much more professionalism in this garage rather than at the official dealership.
In addition to being competent and prepared, the owner is courteous and helpful. It solved a boring issue when shiftering my Smart, which they didn't do at the dealership.

Ho notato che si occupano di gamme molto diverse tra loro, addirittura c'è anche un settore riservato alle auto storiche e spesso ho visto all'interno auto importanti tipo Porsche, Ferrari o Maserati. Il proprietario a dispetto della giovane età dimostra grande preparazione e competenza, credo acquisita nei numerosi corsi di formazione che mi ha riferito sia solito frequentare. Ha risolto più di qualche problema che in alcune assistenze "ufficiali" non erano riusciti a sistemare. Così ho deciso di farla diventare la mia officina di fiducia per le auto personali ed i mezzi aziendali. Gentilezza e cordialità sono le caratteristiche che si notano a primo impatto, insieme ai dogmi che impartisce anche ai suoi collaboratori che da quello che ho sentito sono Ordine, Metodo e Pulizia. Infatti ogni volta che ho portato una vettura a riparare mi hanno riconsegnato il mezzo perfettamente pulito. Roba da " vecchia scuola" insomma. I prezzi sono ONESTISSIMI.
I needed this workshop for several cars. I noticed that they deal with very different ranges, there is even a sector reserved for historic cars and I have often seen inside important cars like Porsche, Ferrari or Maserati. The owner, in spite of his young age, shows great preparation and competence, I believe acquired in the numerous training courses he told me he used to attend. He solved more than a few problems that in some "official" assistances had failed to fix. So I decided to make it my trusted workshop for personal cars and company vehicles. Kindness and cordiality are the characteristics that are noticed at first glance, together with the dogmas that it also imparts to its collaborators who from what I have heard are Order, Method and Cleaning. In fact, every time I took a car to repair, the perfectly clean vehicle was returned to me. "Old school" stuff. Prices are HONEST.
