We had an awful experience.. We couldn't get our prepaid car. Policy, They gave us false information, they said we would lose our prepaid amount. This is not correct with their policy. They wanted us to pay 200€ extra in cash, not by card. They kept giving us different amounts of money we had to pay. They ended up asking for an extra 700 euros since we did not have a credit card. Overal one guy was friendly, the other couldn't care less about helping us out. Costumer service 0!

Most dishonest car rental company I've ever dealt with. Be advised, these people will make up damages on your rental and charge your credit card for it several months after the fact. I now have a collection company after $400 from damages on the car I did not do. Take several pictures, video, keep the paperwork and be prepared to fight these crooks when you return home from your vacation. I'm glad I still had pictures of the many dents, busted taillight, scratches when these money thirsty thieves sent me an invoice.

Authentic thieves. They are all smiles until the fine arrives. They let you know that they will charge you the management to inform you about the fines. First they write you an email informing that the fine has a cost of 45 EUROS!! They provide you with an information / claims email where you can complain, but they never answer. Days later you see a charge on your credit card of a cost of 92 EUROS that is not the fine. IT IS THEIR COMMUNICATION COST that you were previously informed that was 45 EUROS...

When picking up my car the agent did not offer to inspect it with me, but I asked him to come and inspect it. We did a walkthrough and the car had numerous scratches and dents, but all of these were listed on his form except one on the side (clearly they charge customers for scratches and dents, but do not fix them). He noted the additional one on the side but to indicate this he wrote a code for the damage (but no description) on my copy of the agreement in illegible writing. I asked him if we were going to go in and change it and he said, "I've already done it on your form" and sent me on my way. Three months later I got a bill for $600. When I inquired, they claimed that I caused the scratch on the side. When they showed me their copy of the agreement, low and behold, the additional damage had never been added by the agent and on top of that, the agent apparently forged my signature on the form indicating that I had signed a form without the additional damage (which I obviously wouldn't do if he had written additional damage on my form). When speaking to customer service they did not even for one moment consider any of the issues that I had presented. Even if they were not going to reimburse me in this case, you would think they would have some concern about how their business was being conducted, but I guess they only care about making money. Please take great precaution if renting from Europcar, especially at this location as the agent seems nice but is not doing his job properly.

Firstly we waited 20 minutes, because of problems with another client, then we waited another 30 minutes because the manager was fighting with his computer. He also was rude, stressed and not friedly. The car was dirty outside. Only because we got the expected car model - 2 stars.

John and piero, were great! they informed is in detail about the rental agreements and process, they have is good advice on insurance, and trust me you'll need it, we also recommend the portable wifi, it was invaluable, they had us out in less than 30 minutes in a brand new Renault.. a great car by the way. Thanks guys! I recommended them highly, they made our trip that much better!! Pisa, Venice Rome we saw them all, thanks Europcar!!

Very good expirience, got upgraded car for same money, very fast servise ( max 10 min between my first step in the office and I getting the keys). Deposit been refounded within 4-5 days. From now only Europcar!!!
