★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perche zero non e' possibile. Non acquistate. Servizio clienti inesistente, anzi, vergognoso,impossibile parlare con l' amministrativo. Sto attendendo un rimborso in quanto non ho mai ricevuto la merce ordinata, ma ho gia' prionta la denuncia perche temo che non mi restituiranno i soldi.
NON ORDINATE!!!
A star because zero is not possible. Don't buy. Non-existent customer service, indeed, shameful, impossible to speak with the administrative. I am awaiting a refund because I have never received the ordered goods, but I have already filed a complaint because I fear that they will not return the money to me.

Sopratutto mi congratulo con Alberto per la professionalità , disponibilità e sopratutto pazienza nel consigliare l'acquisto con l'eventuale spiegazione del componente !

Perplesso all’inizio per un prodotto arrivato leggermente in ritardo ma telefonando mi hanno spiegato che il prodotto da me scelto, una coppia di specchi era terminato nei loro magazzini e che stavano aspettando tale prodotto dal loro fornitore. Arrivato in perfette condizioni è soprattutto eccellente nella qualità. Ho ordinato anche altri prodotti arrivati perfettamente nei tempi previsti e nel chiedere informazioni su un prodotto specifico mi hanno consigliato e mi hanno dato ulteriori delucidazioni su determinati prodotti tra cui il mio impianto stereo Alpine e lo scarico della Asso sempre ordinati da loro.
