Pensavamo di essere stati incastrati perche' quando abbiamo chiamato la farmacia dal nostro paese, hanno detto che il valore dei test rapidi sarebbe di 15 dollari. Fuori dalla farmacia c'e' un segno che dice che i test veloci sono 14 dollari.
Quando ci hanno presentato il conto che hanno chiesto 22 dollari per ogni test, affermando che non siamo residenti in Italia e che sarebbe più costoso (non viene menzionato da nessuna parte) , questo è anche prima di compilare il documento come residenti in Portogallo, lo sapevano.

We thought we were framed because when we called the pharmacy from our country, they said the quick test would be worth $ 15. There's a sign outside the pharmacy that says quick tests are $ 14.
When we were presented with the bill that they asked for $ 22 for each test, stating that we are not resident in Italy and that it would be more expensive (it is not mentioned anywhere), this is even before filling out the document as a resident of Portugal, it they knew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sia mai che sei positivo al tampone...ti cacciano via in malo modo e senza darti indicazioni...un pò di umanità e se non siete in grado di gestire i tamponi non fateli come molte farmacie hanno scelto di no farli
Never let it be that you are positive for the tampon ... they chase you away in a bad way and without giving you directions ... a little humanity and if you are not able to manage the tampons do not do them as many pharmacies have chosen not to do them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi stupisce la valutazione negativa di questa farmacia, il personale è di una scortesia unica! Siete "fortunati" perché vendete medicine e le persone hanno necessità, altrimenti non sareste rimasti ancora aperti ! Mi hanno trattata con maleducazione e sdegno , e di certo non ci metterò mai più piede, piuttosto mi recherò da un'altra parte , ad esempio a pochi metri da Rapisarda!
I am not surprised by the negative evaluation of this pharmacy, the staff are of a unique rudeness! You are "lucky" because you sell medicines and people have needs, otherwise you wouldn't be open yet! They treated me with rudeness and disdain, and I will certainly never set foot there again, rather I will go somewhere else, for example a few meters from Rapisarda!

Solo perché è una farmacia e quindi la gente che ne ha bisogno veramente ci deve entrare perforza non vuol dire che loro si debbano comportare in modo maleducato ed inadeguato con i clienti! Consiglio vivamente la farmacia più avanti Rapisarda!! Sono più gentili ed umani!
Really rude and not at all professional the lady with clear eyes! Just because it is a pharmacy and therefore the people who really need it have to get into it doesn't mean that they have to behave rude and inadequate towards customers! I highly recommend the pharmacy further down Rapisarda !! They are kinder and more humane!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata per acquistare un farmaco e la farmacista stava effettuando dei tamponi ad un gruppo di turisti, una ragazza del gruppo gentilmente ha fatto notare che io non dovevo fare il tampone e che se voleva poteva servire me così da poter poi continuare a servire loro. La farmacista con una scortesia unica mi dice che non poteva darmi farmaci al momento senza neanche sapere il tipo di farmaco che mi occorreva e sopratutto senza dare un effettiva spiegazione! Non consiglio veramente a nessuno questa farmacia con questa signora veramente poco disponibile e gentile.
I went in to buy a drug and the pharmacist was swabbing a group of tourists, a girl from the group kindly pointed out that I didn't have to swab and that if she wanted she could serve me so that she could continue serving them. The pharmacist with a unique rudeness tells me that she could not give me drugs at the moment without even knowing the type of drug I needed and above all without giving an actual explanation! I really do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone with this really unhelpful and kind lady.

Stamane, ho avuto la "sfortuna", di entrare in questa farmacia poco fornita.
La signora con capelli chiari, che stava al di là del bancone, "fregandosene delle vigenti norme legislative, non indossava né camice, né distintivo professionale". La signora, non sa, o non ha ancora capito che, il servizio al Cliente, inizia sin da quando questi è in coda e, da quel momento, il Cliente valuta : "accoglienza e modalità di gestione". Quando poi il Cliente arriva al bancone, va accolto con : Affabilità, Competenza e Metodo. Io, invece, mi sono trovato davanti ad una persona : "Cafona, Arrogante, Ignorante e Maleducata", la quale, anziché mettermi a mio agio, ha fatto di tutto per mettermi a disagio, mi ha servito in un modo becero e disgustoso e non ha saputo soddisfare del tutto le mie richieste.
SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A CHIUNQUE questo esercizio.

This morning, I had the "misfortune" to enter this poorly stocked pharmacy.
The lady with fair hair, who was on the other side of the counter, "not caring about the laws in force, did not wear a smock or a professional badge". The lady does not know, or has not yet understood, that the service to the customer begins when the latter is in the queue and, from that moment on, the customer evaluates: "reception and management methods". Then when the customer arrives at the counter, he must be greeted with: Affability, Competence and Method. I, on the other hand, found myself in front of a person: "Naughty, Arrogant, Ignorant and Rude", who, instead of putting me at ease, did everything to make me uncomfortable, served me in a vulgar and disgusting way and has not been able to fully satisfy my requests.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE this exercise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just left this pharmacy and the staff is extremely rude. I’ve never had a problem showing a picture of my passport before to get a Covid test, nor have I had to make my case like I was in court for one. I also mentioned that I needed a prescription and they rudely ignored me, I’m just going to go to another pharmacy for that. I got theCOVID test and the lady was so indelicate with is that my nose started hurting. I received Co tests with one I know that they’re not comfortable, that this woman just started shoved up my nose without any consideration. I’ve also brought my dog and every single pharmacy that I’ve been to in Italy for the last year and never been told that I need to wait outside with her and out in the cold to receive my test results. I would just recommend anybody who wants kind service with helpful people to go to any other pharmacy nearby, even if it’s a bit farther it’s worth your trouble more than going here.
