L’ultima volta chiedo specificamente aspirina orosolubile pediatrica per un bimbino di 6 anni e 17 kg. Il “commerciante di farmaci” (bada bene, non un “farmacista” immagino) mi fornisce Flash Tab da 500 mg. Nel fargli notare che il dosaggio é sbagliato e che la presentazione altrettanto, con sufficienza sostituisce la scatolina (infastidito dal fatto di essere stato corretto). Altro caso di chi non ha ancora capito che i Clienti sono coloro che pagano gli stipendi. Three experiences and one worse than the other. Poiché era di domenica, ho pagato in contanti con il patto che quello che era prescrivibile lo avrei recuperato portando le ricette. Quando mi sono recato per avere il rimborso dei pochi farmaci prescrivibili, mi hanno informato che non effettuano rimborso ma solo buoni spendibili presso la farmacia (cosa che non mi avevano detto al momento dell'acquisto). Inoltre il venditore di farmaci principale, vedendo che in mano avevo 3 ricette, mi ha subito bloccato dicendo: ".... e ma non tutte insieme, ogni volta che viente porta una ricetta". Ho risposto dicendo, mi scusi ma quando sono venuto a comprare non mi pare mi abbia posto un limite di acquisto e mi ha lasciato spendere oltre le 500 euro senza problemi, come mai per il rimborso di pochi euro pone dei limiti? Tra l'altro, siente l'unica farmacia che conosco che fa buoni anziché rimborsare i soldi. Mi ha fatto sembrare che chiedessi l'elemosina. Non ci vado mai più, né io, né faccio andare la mia famiglia. Questo venditore di farmaci vuole solo soldi, non ne vuole dare, neanche quando dovuto! È così che certa gente si arricchisce, non guardando a null'altro che al profitto. (Il farmaco che cercavo rientra tra i "salvavita")Vado il pomeriggio con ricetta e...Il farmaco non c'era più! NON CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA FARMACIA, incompetenti e poco professionali!! A volte mi è andata bene, altre male, ma sempre con un modo costruttivo. Bella farmacia dai!! I like this pharmacy. All kind even if rightly tired from the regulations, but well assorted. Sometimes it went well, sometimes badly, but always in a constructive way. Nice pharmacy come on !!
