Inadeguati come la risposta altrettanto inadeguata che hanno fornito. Ribaltano le loro responsabilità sul cliente, sia sul prezzo "anomalo" praticato che sul mancato rilascio dello scontrino fiscale. Io mi sono limitata a scrivere tre righe in senso costruttivo per garantirgli di occupare celermente gli ampi spazi di miglioramento che hanno davanti, in un'ottica customer satisfaction, altri avrebbero potuto rivolgersi direttamente alla GdF.....
