★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 20 minuti di scaramucce tra i due parafarmacisti, sono uscita senza aver potuto cambiare un prodotto ed usufruire dello sconto 3x2. Quindi ....penalizzata per la perdita di tempo, penalizzata per i prezzi più alti che altrove, penalizzata per non aver ricevuto sconto di almeno 10 euro ...che dire? Sconsigliatissimo!
Consiglio, invece, alla signora parafarmacista di mostrare più professionalità e risolvere i problemi 'burocratici' con chi di dovere e non di fronte ai malcapitati clienti!
After 20 minutes of skirmishes between the two parapharmacists, I went out without being able to change a product and take advantage of the 3x2 discount. So .... penalized for the waste of time, penalized for higher prices than elsewhere, penalized for not having received a discount of at least 10 euros ... what to say? Not recommended!
Instead, I advise the parapharmacist lady to show more professionalism and solve the 'bureaucratic' problems with those in charge and not in front of the unfortunate customers!
