★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto afesso che è rimesso a nuovo. Visitato internamente grazie ad amici. Purtroppo sia la vecchia amministrazione comune che i commissari prefettizi continuano a non valorizzare il sito. Purtroppo questa è l'Italia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il castello di Strongoli, è uno dei pochi presente nelle carte nautiche trecentesche della Repubblica di Venezia (sala dei mappamondi a Palazzo Ducale).
È una bellissima location anche se al momento è visitabile all'interno solo durante alcuni eventi come il "Presepe vivente" nei giorni di Natale o durante la drammatizzazione della Santa Pasqua.
E possibile vedere alcuni esempi di questi allestimenti digitando su google/youtube "passione vivente Strongoli 2016 o 2018" di Bevilaqua; gli allestimenti sono messi in scena dalla cittadinanza e sono di grande effetto grazie alla bellissima scenografia del castello.
The castle of Strongoli, is one of the few present in the fourteenth-century nautical charts of the Republic of Venice (room of the globes at Palazzo Ducale).
It is a beautiful location even if at the moment it can be visited inside only during some events such as the "Living Nativity" during Christmas or during the dramatization of Easter.
You can see some examples of these productions by typing Bevilaqua's "living passion Strongoli 2016 or 2018" on google / youtube; the preparations are staged by the citizenry and are of great effect thanks to the beautiful scenery of the castle.
