L'edificio dalla famiglia Schio passò ad altre famiglie nobili: i Vaccari, quindi i Lioy e poi gli Angaran. Il palazzo fu fatto restaurare - con alcune modifiche - dal nobile vicentino Carlo Angaran nel 1825, come si legge nell'iscrizione latina sotto il cornicione: « CAROLVS ANGARAN P.[atricius] V.[icentinus] REST.[auravit] MDCCCXXV » Palazzo Schio (also known as Palazzo Schio Vaccari Lioy Angaran) is a 16th century palace in Vicenza whose facade was designed by the architect Andrea Palladio in 1560. The building from the Schio family passed to other noble families: the Vaccari, then the Lioy and then the Angaran. The palace was restored - with some modifications - by the Vicentine nobleman Carlo Angaran in 1825, as can be read in the Latin inscription under the cornice: "CAROLVS ANGARAN P. [atricius] V. [icentinus] REST. [Auravit] MDCCCXXV"

Il palazzo è poi stato costruito e finito poco dopo, esattamente nel XVI secolo. Il problema di questo meraviglioso palazzo è che ci si passa davanti molto velocemente, senza rendersi veramente conto della sua esistenza. Fatto costruire dai nobili "da Schio", passò poi ad altre famiglie nobiliari di Vicenza. Among the most beautiful noble palaces of Vicenza, whose façade is designed by the architect Andrea Palladio in 1560.
