Esprimo quindi un doveroso ringraziamento anche al capotreno e ringrazio infinitamente questi professionisti per l'ottimo servizio fatto al cittadino! Dott. Oltretutto avere appuntamento ed aspettare piu di un’ora dopo l’ora di appuntamento è una cosa vergognosa, spero di tornarci il piu tardi possibile di nuovo in quel postaccio Embarrassing as the blonde lady who practices passports (she will be about 45/50 years old), she is so rude and you treat all people like shit !!! Moreover, having an appointment and waiting more than an hour after the appointment time is a shameful thing, I hope to come back as late as possible again in that bad place
