★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have NEVER seen such awful customer service! No effort in any way making foreign guests at ease what so ever! No effort at all trying to speak english or speak slower so we can try to understand. At least the Poker dealers kindly translated at the tables. Rules seem to be according to who's playing as we had no right to speak during a play but when a regukar customer sests down and speaks with the dealer FOREVER it's fine... I will definitely not recommend what has been my worst casino experience... And i have been to a bunch of casinos all around the world!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casino di Campione is an amazing Casino.
It is not so much it's size. If one wants size and space and intimidation, one is better off to Las Vegas. I enjoyed the style, the atmosphere and the culture that surrounded the games. You will find many French roulette tables, that are much more enjoyable to play on than the American counterparts (2 croupiers instead of 1).
Last but not least they are open til 5 am which gives you a lot of flexibility to schedule a visit and play long sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointing. The place looked like it was a basement. The tables were old. Dealers were shuffling manually which makes the games longer. The staff were ok but constantly complaining of how bad a place it is to work at. Didn't help enjoying a good evening.
