Ho chiamato lo studio piú volte in giorni diversi e mi hanno sempre risposto che l'agenda non era sottomano e quindi non potevano fissare l'appuntamento.
Infine, dopo avere chiaramente espresso telefonicamente il mio disappunto per il comportamento poco serio ed avere avuto come risposta "signora, è stata lei ad avere acquistato il nostro servizio, non è un problema nostro", ho chiesto un rimborso e ho cambiato servizio senza essere riuscita ad usufruire della loro prestanzione.
