Il menù è ricco e forse sarebbe bene che fosse scritto e non "a voce". Osso buco con risotto alla milanese perfetto, come nella migliore tradizione. Prezzi da Milano centro, ma ne vale la pena. Rustic place. The owner and wife of the chef serve at the table, who is nice and original. The menu is rich and perhaps it would be good if it was written and not "verbally". Osso buco with Milanese risotto perfect, as in the best tradition. Prices from Milan center, but it's worth it.

Roberta e Achille sono due persone splendide e solari, sempre gentili e disponibili ti fanno sentire come uno di famiglia. Si mangia molto bene, la cucina è di tipo tradizionale e segue le stagioni. Ottimo il periodo degli asparagi. I brasati e gli ossi buchi con la polenta sono eccezionali. Ha un grande parcheggio privato e dista poche centinaia di metri dalla statale Ponte Tresa - Varese, le indicazioni per raggiungerla sono ben visibili. L'interno del locale è arredato in modo particolare, che ricalca il carattere dei proprietari. Ve lo consiglio vivamente. I have known and frequented the Osteria del Bacco for several years. Roberta and Achille are two wonderful and sunny people, always kind and helpful, they make you feel like one of the family. The food is very good, the cuisine is traditional and follows the seasons. The asparagus period is excellent. The braised meats and the ossi buchi with polenta are exceptional. It has a large private car park and is a few hundred meters from the Ponte Tresa - Varese state road, the directions to reach it are clearly visible. The interior of the restaurant is furnished in a particular way, which reflects the character of the owners. I highly recommend it.

L'osteria è immersa nel verde e dispone di una grande sala all'interno ma ci hanno fatto accomodare all'esterno, sotto una bellissima tettoia in legno. L'atmosfera è quella delle trattorie di una volta, con i tavolini coperti da tovaglie a quadri bianchi e rossi. La cordialità della signora ci ha accompagnato per tutto il pranzo. Abbiamo ordinato una fiorentina con contorno e stufato con polenta e porcini. Porzioni abbondanti e davvero preparate con cura. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo per la qualità del cibo e per la tranquillità della location The sign is clearly visible from the road and, as you turn, you find yourself in a large parking lot. The tavern is surrounded by greenery and has a large room inside but they made us sit outside, under a beautiful wooden roof. The atmosphere is that of the trattorias of the past, with tables covered with red and white checked tablecloths. The friendliness of the lady accompanied us throughout the lunch. We ordered a Florentine with side dish and stew with polenta and porcini. Generous portions and really carefully prepared. We will definitely come back and recommend it for the quality of the food and the tranquility of the location
