★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale che ha consegnato la merce molto maleducati, li ho dovuti invitare entrambi ad indossare la mascherina! Ritardo nella consegna di 1h e 45 minuti! Uscito di casa solo una ha salutato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel settembre 2017 ho acquistato 6 sedie per la cifra di 132,00 euro l'una, marca " ZAMAGNA MOD. SPOT ECO CUOIO" insieme ad altri mobili.
Dopo circa un mese ha ceduto il sedile della prima, perciò l'ho restuita e me l'hanno sostituita; dopo qualche mese ha ceduto la seconda, stessa operazione ma questa volta mi hanno detto che ne facevo un uso improprio, per poi darmene una identica ma di buona qualità dicendomi che era l'ultima poichè erano uscite di produzione.
A distanza di un'anno circa hanno ceduto anche tutte le altre per cui ho deciso di smontarle e capire il motivo di ciò e sorpreso ho visto che nella seduta ci sono 2 traverse di ferro con saldature che nemmeno un principiante farebbe così male, ma la sorpresa più grande è stato il pannello in "MDF" spesso solamente 4 mm.
Adesso le sto rifacendo tutte in modo serio alla cifra di 38 euro l'una.

In September 2017 I bought 6 chairs for the sum of 132.00 euros each, brand "ZAMAGNA MOD. SPOT ECO CUOIO" together with other furniture.
After about a month he gave up the seat of the first one, so I gave it back and they replaced it for me; after a few months he sold the second, same operation but this time they told me that I was making an improper use of it, and then they gave me an identical one but of good quality, telling me that it was the last one as they were out of production.
After about a year they also sold all the others so I decided to disassemble them and understand the reason for this and surprised I saw that in the session there are 2 iron crosspieces with welds that not even a beginner would do so badly, but the biggest surprise was the "MDF" panel only 4mm thick.
Now I'm doing them all in a serious way for 38 euros each.
is it worth it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio con un grande e ben organizzato show room, vengono messi in mostra una grande varietà di prodotti e materiali che permette di scegliere con chiarezza la propria idea di arredamento. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo arredato cucina, soggiorno e camera da letto con il prezioso aiuto di Andrea, che con pazienza e grade competenza in tutti gli aspetti ci ha accompagnato passo passo. Inoltre ottima esperienza anche con i montatori: puntuali, meticolosi e precisi. Consiglio assolutamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salotto , ingresso e cameretta bimba , 5 stelle strameritate per CasaItalia perchè ha mobili di qualità e tanti pregi. Bella ed ampia l'esposizione nello showroom di Ravenna , azzeccata la scelta tecnologica sul sito mediante la quale è possibile entrare e " camminare " nel negozio pur stando comodamente sul divano , così che le valutazioni ed il rivedere i mobili scelti sono agevolate e di sicuro aiuto fra marito e moglie . Un ringraziamento particolare al venditore Andrea che è stato attento e pignolo , ci ha seguito nella progettazione dispensando anche utili consigli per l'arredamento: si percepisce che fa il proprio lavoro con serietà e passione . Credo che se anche il cliente ha bene in mente le proprie idee , un venditore che ci mette del suo è sempre ben accettato, bravo Andrea. Una menzione molto positiva sento di darla anche ai ragazzi che hanno montato a casa i mobili acquistati , veloci ma al tempo stesso esperti ed in gamba . Insomma , mia moglie ed io siamo pienamente soddisfatti .

The exhibition in the Ravenna showroom is beautiful and wide, the technological choice on the site is right, through which it is possible to enter and "walk" in the shop while comfortably on the sofa, so that the evaluations and the review of the chosen furniture are facilitated and certainly help between husband and wife. A special thanks to the seller Andrea who was attentive and fussy, he followed us in the design, also dispensing useful tips for furnishing: you can feel that he does his job with seriousness and passion. I believe that even if the customer has his ideas well in mind, a salesman who puts his own is always well accepted, good Andrea. I also feel I can give a very positive mention to the guys who have assembled the furniture they bought at home, fast but at the same time expert and smart. In short, my wife and I are fully satisfied.

Per avere la cucina un cucina piccola mi hanno sbagliato i disegni...manca un pezzo della cucina e per avere quel pezzo ci vuole 3 mesi..
