Gli sconti promessi in tv sono sempre forvianti ( la pubblicità lo è sempre ) ma alla fine il prezzo del divano è giusto rispetto alla qualità cercata. Friendly courteous ... a show room with many sofas to see and try. The discounts promised on TV are always misleading (advertising always is) but in the end the price of the sofa is right compared to the quality sought.

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati davvero bene e Alessandro che ci ha seguito per il nostro acquisto è stato molto paziente e disponibile e ha soddisfatto i nostri gusti e le nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo. Beautiful sofas and attentive and very kind staff. My partner and I had a really good time and Alessandro who followed us for our purchase was very patient and helpful and satisfied our tastes and needs. Highly recommended.

Nel novembre del 2020 mi sono recato per l'aquisto di un divano, a febbraio del 2021 ricevuto il divano ma del colore sbagliato, avviso subito chiamando, mi invitano a recarmi in negozio con un scusciono per accertarsi che quello che dicevo fosse vero. Mi confermano il loro errore, mi tranquillizano dicendomi che in giro di poche settimane vengo contattato per sostituirmi la fodera e che nell'attesa potevo utilizzarlo. Passa un mese e non vengo chiamato, mi reco in negozio e rispiego al commesso l'accaduto, lui prende nota e mi liquida dicendomi le faremo sapere. Passa un secondo mese e mi reco nuovamente in negozio, parlo con un'altro commesso il quale non sa nulla, si informa e mi dice, quardi mi dispiace la la fodera che aveva scelto non è più a disposizione, al qunto vengo invitato a scegliere una fodera in sostituzione, mi adeguo e scelgo una nuova fodera, mi viene detto nuovamente che ci vuole ancora una mesata per avere la sostituzione. Passa un mese e nesuno chiama, chiamo e nessuno sa nulla, questa situazione si protrae nel tempo ogni mese. A novembre del 2021 vengo contattato per la sostituzione, benissimo. Vengono i tecnici a casa e iniziano a foderare e rifoderare, noto che gia con il primo cuscino ci sono circa tre entimetri di fodera in più, fermo il tutto. Ad oggi sono ancora in attesa della sostituzione dell'intero divano. My experience with Poltronesofà di Ravenna is and will remain the worst experience I have had in my purchases. In November 2020 I went to buy a sofa, in February 2021 I received the sofa but of the wrong color, I immediately call, they invite me to go to the store with a scan to make sure that what I said was true. They confirm their mistake, they reassure me by telling me that within a few weeks I will be contacted to replace the cover and that I could use it in the meantime. A month passes and I am not called, I go to the shop and tell the clerk what happened, he takes note and liquidates me, telling me we will let you know. A second month passes and I go to the shop again, I talk to another clerk who knows nothing, inquires and tells me, I'm sorry the lining he had chosen is no longer available, at which point I am invited to choose a replacement cover, I adapt and choose a new cover, I am told again that it takes another month to have the replacement. A month passes and no one calls, I call and no one knows anything, this situation continues over time every month. In November 2021 I am contacted for the replacement, great. The technicians come home and start lining and re-lining, I notice that already with the first pillow there are about three extra centimeters of lining, everything stopped. To date, I am still waiting for the entire sofa to be replaced.
G	Gabriele Speranza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve scrivo una pessima recensione poiché ho acquistato un divano presso questo punto vendita e dopo 10 mesi ho avuto dei problemi strutturali che necessitavano di sostituzione; con divano inutilizzabile da ottobre 2021 aspetto fino a febbraio 2022 per il ritiro...e sto ancora aspettando la riconsegna...nonostante il personale del negozio di Ravenna telefonicamente mi assicura che il divano il 3 marzo è in sede....oggi 7 marzo chiamo per sapere dove si sono persi e scopro che il negozio è chiuso per riposo per due giorni.....ma dico invece di spendere soldi in quelle pubblicità ridicole che ormai vi ridono addosso in tutta Italia...non sarebbe meglio investire nel pessimo servizio di qualità e assistenza post vendita che avete??? Hi I'm writing a very bad review because I bought a sofa at this store and after 10 months I had some structural problems that needed to be replaced; with sofa unusable from October 2021 I wait until February 2022 for the collection ... and I'm still waiting for the return ... despite the staff of the Ravenna store by telephone assuring me that the sofa is in place on March 3 .... today March 7th I call to find out where they are lost and I discover that the shop is closed for rest for two days ..... but I say instead of spending money on those ridiculous advertisements that now laugh at you all over Italy ... it would not be better invest in the bad quality service and after sales support you have ???

E poi, che non guasta, sono stata seguita passo passo con tanta....tanta disponibilità e pazienza, oltre alla competenza naturalmente. Grazie ad Emiliano e anche agli altri operatori, tutti molto gentili ed accoglienti. Of course ... Inoltre si e' preoccupato di valutare le modalita' di trasporto e consegna , dato che dovra' essere consegnato in altra regione .
