Conclusione ho dovuto chiedere il fermo deposito e ritirare l'oggeto presso loro sede = tempistica e disagio = "meno" 3 stelle. Mia dimenticanza di chiedere con quale Corriere la Ditta avrebbe spedito = "più" 2 stelle. Totale esperienza per differenza "meno" una stella. E	Enrico Pagnani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meritavano 0 e dico zero stelle lasciano un avviso di recapito raccomandata in località Alfonsine con scritto di recarmi a Ravenna per il ritiro. Ok perfetto vado e dopo dieci minuti di ricerca inutile l'operatore mi dice che le raccomandate di Alfonsine sono in deposito a Lugo. Tempo perso km buttati ma cosa credono che la gente non abbia nulla da fare un gruppo di incompetenti che non sono capaci di aggiornare la dicitura sull'avviso di ritiro. They deserved 0 and I mean zero stars, they leave a registered delivery notice in Alfonsine with the message to go to Ravenna for collection. Ok perfect I go and after ten minutes of useless research the operator tells me that Alfonsine's registered mail are in storage in Lugo. Wasted time km wasted but what do they think people have nothing to do with a group of incompetents who are unable to update the wording on the withdrawal notice.

Ho chiesto assistenza e prima hanno mentito dicendo che la spedizione era inesistente e che erano le Poste le responsabili. Vado alle Poste e smentiscono. Richiamo e stranamente la spedizione stavolta esiste ma il pacco risulta consegnato (non si sa a chi visto che il giorno loro presunto di consegna io non ero a casa e non ho dato alcuna indicazione di consegna in mia assenza). Morale della favola: personale poco professionale, maleducato e per niente di aiuto. Spero di non avere mai più a che fare con loro.
