Oggi 9 agosto il negozio è segnalato come aperto quando in realtà un cartello avvisa che saranno chiusi per ferie fino al 23 agosto. Con tutti gli strumenti che ci sono (fb, google my business) è possibile avvisare di una chiusura. Nothing to take away from the shipping service. The negative review is because the hours of the exercise are not updated. Today 9 August the shop is marked as open when in reality a sign warns that they will be closed for holidays until 23 August. La seconda volta, avevo bisogno di un punto dove ritirare un acquisto da VINTED...peccato che il negozio ha chiuso per ferie natalizie e perciò il prodotto acquistato è stato rispedito al mittente due giorni dopo, quando io in realtà avrei avuto tempo sette giorni per poterlo ritirare, senza problemi. Penso che questi negozi, nonostante abbiano mille cose a cui pensare, soprattutto sotto le feste, si dovrebbero mettere anche nei panni dei loro clienti, e magari togliendosi dalle opzioni tra le quali scegliere come punto di ritiro VINTED, non si sarebbe creato nessun casino nel quale adesso mi trovo IO, non loro. Rifletteteci perché così perdete clienti e vi fate cattiva pubblicità, ma se a voi sta bene così allora a posto.
