R	Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale lento, visibilmente "triste" forse perché non sufficientemente motivato. Il risultato è evidente: poco gentile e disponibile nei confronti del pubblico. Quando posso evito volentieri di andare in questo ufficio. Staff slow, visibly "sad" perhaps because not sufficiently motivated. The result is obvious: not kind and available to the public. When I can, I gladly avoid going to this office.

Ho aspettato poi a mezzogiorno arriva una tipa dicendo che devo chiudere alle 12,35 perché i dipendenti avevano firmato x lo sciopero degli straordinari e hanno detto che chi era allo sportello veniva fatto invece gli altri in fila da 2 ore dovevano andarsene, fatto sta che un ragazzo è andato allo sportello a mezzogiorno e 30 circa ma l'hanno mandato via perché era un'operazione troppo lunga, e in più mi sono sentita dire che dovevo andare in la prima, le ho mandate gentilmente a quel paese dicendogli che io ero al lavoro I went to the post office on Saturday after I finished from work, I arrived at 11.15 am I entered I had about 45 people in front .. T	Tata Sporting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se uno ha bisogno di una semplice informazione deve per forza fare la fila in posta? perdere tempo e far perdere tempo agli altri per una cosa che potrebbe essere detta al telefono se qualcuno rispondesse, addirittura mi hanno messo giù! vergogna.. vorrei dare 0 If someone needs simple information, do they have to queue at the post office? wasting time and making others waste time for something that could be said on the phone if someone answered, they even put me down! shame .. Sono più di un ora e mezzo in fila per pagare una fattura.....e sono d avanti a me ancora 20 persone. Non ci siamo per niente. The thing that bothers you the most is that instead of working, the operators are chatting. I am more than an hour and a half in line to pay a bill ..... and there are still 20 people ahead of me. We are not there at all.

S	Simone Colaianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A differenza dei tanti che non hanno avuto una buona considerazione di questo ufficio postale, io esprimo massima gratitudine e riconoscimento nei confronti della ragazza che ha svolto regolarmente il suo lavoro in modo gentile, professionale e con quel tocco di simpatia che rende piacevole il momento. Se dovessi essere nuovamente a Lugo ed avessi bisogno di recarmi ad un ufficio postale, sceglierei volentieri questo. Bel posto in pieno centro facilmente raggiungibile specialmente a piedi evitando problemi di parcheggio. Consigliatissimo.! Unlike the many who have not had a good opinion of this post office, I express the utmost gratitude and recognition to the girl who regularly carried out her work in a kind, professional way and with that touch of sympathy that makes the moment pleasant. If I were to be in Lugo again and need to go to a post office, I would gladly choose this. Nice place in the center easily reachable especially on foot avoiding parking problems. Highly recommended.!
