Ho portato un fornello portatile a gas per un grave difetto sorto dopo pochi utilizzi: perdeva gas da un bruciatore, lanciava fiamme da sotto, che hanno sciolto una delle manopoline di plastica.
Spiegato il problema, mi fanno innanzitutto notare che mi avevano fatto (loro stessi!) comprare il regolatore sbagliato, dopodiché mi dicono che senza scontrino non possono fare niente, adducendo che è la legge italiana che vuole così, quando non è vero, e perdipiù non c'è nulla che gli impedisca quantomeno di cambiarlo o dargli una occhiata per capire qual è il problema. Problema di gravità alta, in quanto se non mi fossi accorto subito del problema il fuoco avrebbe potuto propagarsi.
Parliamo di un fornello da 35 euro, mal che vada non gli sarebbe costato molto se non altro mostrare comprensione per un cliente che compra frequentemente.
Quindi nessuna soluzione, l'unica soluzione è tenermi alla larga da un rivenditore con una tale attitudine e fa problemi per un articolo da 35 euro, figuriamoci per quelli più costosi

Buy the wrong regulator, then they tell me that without a receipt they can do nothing, arguing that it is the Italian law that wants this, when it is not true, and moreover there is nothing that prevents him from at least changing it or giving it a look to understand what the problem is. Problem of high gravity, because if I didn't immediately notice the problem the fire could have spread.
We are talking about a 35 euro stove, badly it would not have cost him much if only to show understanding for a customer who buys frequently.
So no solution, the only solution is to keep away from a dealer with such an attitude and it makes problems for a 35 euro item, let alone for the more expensive ones
