★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silla è una ditta poco responsabile sia verso sé stessa che verso i clienti!! Stia mattina verso le 11:50 per vedere i materiali e per eventuali preventivi ad un tratto sentì un silenzio poi Mio marito mi dice andiamo a chiedere a loro alcune informazioni arrivato a punto informazioni non c'era più nessuno cose siamo trovati chiusi lì dentro senza possibilità di uscita così abbiamo dovuto rimanere lì fino all'apertura di pomeriggio!! È una vergogna!! Mi chiedo se era un venerdì o sabato pomeriggio cosa dovevamo aspettare fino lunedì? Le stelle se c'era meno meno dello zero avrei dato quello!!
Riguarda l'orario che sostenete che era l'orario della nostra ingresso al vostro negozio che non la condivido per quanto al momento della nostra ingresso, era ancora presente il vostro guarda di sicurezza affianco la porta d'ingresso al negozio quindi se era vero l'ora che sostenete ella poteva avvisarci la chiusura del negozio invece di chiuderci dentro al negozio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sede di Fornace Zarattini ha l'ingresso in una strada di lato nonostante si affaccia sulla via Faentina.
La zona dei materiali da costruzione è esterna ed è gestita totalmente dai ragazzi fuori, mentre lo showroom è principalmente fornito di materiali da acquistare in modalità self-service.
Il punto vendita è molto ben fornito ed il materiale è molto ordinato.
The Fornace Zarattini headquarters has its entrance on a side street despite the fact that it overlooks Via Faentina.
The building materials area is external and is completely managed by the guys outside, while the showroom is mainly stocked with materials to be purchased in self-service mode.
The store is very well stocked and the material is very neat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silla : ogni volta per pagare un parto !!! Premetto che non sono un muratore ma sto ristrutturando casa e i muratori mi mandano a prendere del materiale . I ragazzi che guidano i muletti sono gentilissimi , a differenza di altri . Chiamo per sapere Se hanno 2000 pz di basette per Cuneo la ragazza mi risponde che non esistono ?nemmeno io sapevo l’esistenza prima di fare una ristrutturazione.ma chi lavora in un posto del genere dovrebbe sapere cosa ha da vendere .... , comunque alla fine mi dice dopo un po’ di attesa che ci sono ?????perfetto . Signorina mi può dire il prezzo ? RISPOSTA NO !!! BENE ERAVAMO IN VIVAVOCE CON UN PIASTRELLISTA , 2 muratori e una ditta d’ idraulici la domanda è perché non mi dai il prezzo . Risposta sono direttive . Ok .
Ora voglio dire ho notato che il prezzo varia da persona a persona se va tizio paga tot se va caio paga tot SE IO NON VADO È MEGLIO . Non avete fatto una bella figura . Potete avere la vostra strategia interna ma se ogni gg perdete un cliente della strategia non ve ne fate niente . Un po’ di trasparenza non farebbe male .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata piuttosto negativa.
Abbiamo ordinato due coppie di sanitari in due momenti diversi.
La prima coppia è arrivata con qualche giorno di ritardo e una volta portati a casa ci siamo accorti che non corrispondevano e abbiamo dovuto fare delle modifiche.
I secondi che dovevano arrivare dopo una settimana, dopo due mesi non arrivavano e così alla fine abbiamo accettato di ritirare quelli in mostra (che erano quelli giusti) a cui mancava però il copri water,cosi abbiamo dovuto aspettare altre due settimane.
Dopo diverse telefonate finalmente oggi siamo andati a ritirarlo, ma la gentilezza è stato un optional.
Non mi serviro' più qui sia per la mancanza di professionalità che per i lunghissimi tempi di attesa.
Mi dispiace molto, ma credo ci sia di meglio. Dovevo fare le porte ma cerco altrove.
My experience was pretty bad.
We ordered two pairs of bathroom fixtures at two different times.
The first couple arrived a few days late and once we got home we realized they didn't match and we had to make some changes.
The seconds that were supposed to arrive after a week did not arrive after two months and so in the end we agreed to pick up the ones on display (which were the right ones) which, however, lacked the toilet seat, so we had to wait another two weeks.
After several phone calls, we finally went to pick it up today, but kindness was optional.
I will no longer need it here due to the lack of professionalism and the very long waiting times.
I'm very sorry, but I think there is better. I had to do the doors but I'm looking elsewhere.
