★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scontroso e ostile. Alla Richiesta di Visione dello Showroom ha risposto il Magazziniere che "è chiuso", evidentemente, e in seguito è stato ribadito con l'Aggiunta "si guarda sul Catalogo, so ordina e basta". Non trovo giustificazione per questo atteggiamento verso un Cliente.
Grumpy and unfriendly service. The Warehouse Manager replied to the Showroom Viewing Request that "it is closed", evidently, and was later reiterated with the addition "you look at the Catalog, I just order". I find no justification for this attitude towards a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata diverse volte presso il negozio di via faentina dove ho trovato un Addetto gentilissimo.....che non c' era questa mattina. Ho chiesto un consiglio al commesso che ridendomi in faccia mi ha risposto che mi dovevo arrangiare. Per fortuna che al Cicai ho trovato un Addetto che si è dedicato al mio problema risolvendolo con poco impegno.......
I went several times to the shop in via Faentina where I found a very kind employee ..... who wasn't there this morning. I asked the clerk for advice who, laughing in my face, replied that I had to make do. Fortunately, at Cicai I found an employee who dedicated himself to my problem and solved it with little effort .......
