★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 09/09/2020 mi sono recato al bimbo store di Ravenna per acquisti...arrivato alla cassa mi viene richiesta la tessera ,neanche il tempo di cercarla che mi viene detto “se non hai la tessera ,i prodotti non passano in promozione,se nn lo vuoi puoi lasciarli lì”
Lavoro nel settore retail da 11 anni ,e so benissimo come funziona il tesseramento alla fidelizzazione del cliente ,se non sono tesserato a maggior ragione e un opportunità !!!
CONSIGLIO:andate alle bassette che sono più cordiali!!!

I have been working in the retail sector for 11 years, and I know very well how the customer loyalty membership works, if I am not registered, all the more reason is an opportunity !!!
ADVICE: go to the bassettes that are more friendly !!!
