No problem. No broken promises. For a privately negotiated extra eBay PC they offered me the transfer and I had to wait for their bank to credit it. Fast and decisive telephone customer support.

Macchina perfetta, tempo di avvio ridottissimo, apertura dei programmi veramente veloce (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere).
Sono molto soddisfatto, a voler essere pignoli, forse leggermente rumorosa. Consegna rapida e imballaggio perfetto. 5 stelle meritate.
I bought an i9 10900 work station, slightly modified to my needs at the end of January, and now after a month of running in I can express my opinion.
Perfect machine, very short start-up time, very fast opening of programs (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere).
I am very satisfied, to be picky, perhaps slightly noisy. Fast delivery and perfect packaging. 5 stars you deserve.

Una vera bomba di Computer!! Il primo pc ricevuto è risultato avere un piccolo difetto che, tramite l'efficacissima assistenza post vendita, è stato sostituito tramite spedizione con corriere, in tempi da record in un giorno.
Sono persone gentilissime (nello specifico Mirna e Carlotta, con le quali mi sono confrontato più volte), disponibilissime e competenti per ogni problematica. Sono super soddisfatto e consiglio a chiunque di acquistare presso il loro negozio (anche on line) con la massima fiducia.

A real computer bomb !! The first pc received turned out to have a small defect which, through the very effective after-sales assistance, was replaced by courier, in record time in one day.
They are very kind people (specifically Mirna and Carlotta, with whom I have dealt with them several times), extremely available and competent for every problem. I am super satisfied and I recommend anyone to buy at their store (even online) with the utmost confidence.
