Durante il lockdown ci hanno seguito per adeguare il nostro sistema alla nuova modalità di lavoro tramite smartworking permettendoci di essere operativi in brevissimo tempo.
Ci hanno anche permesso di fare test gratuiti su server cloud per verificare le prestazioni del nostro gestionale.

We have been turning to Progetto Futuro for years and it has always been a reliable and helpful partner.
During the lockdown they followed us to adapt our system to the new way of working through smartworking, allowing us to be operational in a very short time.
They also allowed us to do free tests on cloud servers to check the performance of our management system.

They know how to find the fault of your computer in an instant. Excellent assistance that is provided to you, after their intervention. On the new one, the prices are not cheap but their range is worth the money

Ho avuto un problema al PC, ho spiegato quello che avrei dovuto installare, e senza molti giri di parole mi hanno detto subito che non sarebbe stato possibile effettuare quella manovra su quel tipo di computer. Avrebbero potuto guadagnarci e invece sono andati subito alla soluzione senza farmi perdere tempo e denaro.

Very good, very fast and very honest.
I had a problem with the PC, I explained what I should have installed, and without many words, they immediately told me that it would not be possible to perform that maneuver on that type of computer. They could have made money and instead they immediately went to the solution without wasting my time and money.

Il personale è cortese, competente e disponibile in ogni occasione, sempre dotato di ottima preparazione specifica.

I was able to verify directly that the IT support offered to the customer is prompt and competent.
The appointee remotely solves critical issues, or arranges for the customer's computer to be repaired on-site at acceptable expense rates.
