Entrare in questo laboratorio è come entrare in un'altra dimensione, in cui tutto è fatto a mano con l'arte di chi conosce bene il mestiere. Un poco più grande di me di alcuni anni l'ho sempre visto dedito al lavoro. Già abilissimo dall'inizio è cresciuto al punto tale che il foggiare argilla pare non aver segreti per lui. I gesti con i quali plasma vasi sono sempre precissimi, segno di una rara intelligenza che gli permette di piegare l'argilla come nessun altro sa fare. I've known Garavini for several decades, since at the end of the 60s I was studying at the Art Institute of Faenza. A few years older than me I have always seen him addicted to work.
