Servizio clienti è totalmente assente. I bought wall-mounted aluminum profiles, but the clips sent fail to support the profile, in my opinion they are not the correct ones, I have already filled in twice the appropriate form from the contacts but nothing. Customer service is totally absent.

Prima hanno sbagliato l'indirizzo di consegna. Risolto questo ho ricevuto un pacco integro dal corriere ma con dei materiali mancanti. A seguito di diversi contatti Ledpoint si è rifiutata di rimandare quello che mancava dicendo che per loro non c'erano anomalie: mi hanno mandato un preventivo per riacquisto del materiale includendo un piccolo sconto (assurdo!). Per fortuna avevo pagato con Paypall e tramite contestazione con tanto di denuncia ai carabinieri ho recuperato i soldi. Consiglio di rivolgersi ad altri venditori. Very bad experience. Poi sono cominciati i difetti, prima su una strip, poi su un telecomando e ora di recente di nuovo su una strip. È vero, può succedere, ma in questi casi bisognerebbe garantire una pronta sostituzione del prodotto senza imputare ogni volta il problema all'incuranza dell'installatore. Sono oltre dieci anni che utilizziamo strisce di tutti i tipi e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi nell'installazione. Qui siamo a quota 3 e ogni volta la colpa è la nostra... Sono giunto ad una conclusione: meglio un negozio fisico! I have ordered material on the ecommerce site many times and everything has always gone well. Mi dispiace perchè hanno un assortimento per tutti gli usi, ma non è ammissibile oggi ricevere profili storti da trasporto per un imballo inesistente. Tra l'altro, ho ricevuto una barra da 2 metri verniciata bianca su difetti e punzonature incomprensibili,quindi non imputabili al trasporto ma ad un difetto di produzione. Che dire di più, non aggiungo altro, buona fortuna! In risposta alla risposta, vogliono aver ragione loro, se la tengano pure tutta! Pochi o tanti cosa cambia? il 100% dei venditori di profili per strip led utilizza tubi in PVC da acqua o scarico, a seconda della quantità da spedire, e non c'è bisogno di assicurazione, perchè arrivano SEMPRE integri. Se il Vostro problema è la spesa del PVC vi posso assicurare che la paga l'acquirente soddisfatto, e ben felice di ricevere il materiale integro.
