P	Paolo Biancoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le mie 3 stelle sono una media tra l'ottimo servizio di installazione e velocità di esecuzione (5 stelle) ed i tempi biblici che ho dovuto attendere per l'installazione di un portone blindato e 5 finestre (1 stella)....infatti quasi 5 mesi di attesa tra la firma del contratto e l'installazione mi sembrano un po' eccessivi!!! My 3 stars are an average between the excellent installation service and execution speed (5 stars) and the biblical times that I had to wait for the installation of an armored door and 5 windows (1 star) .... in fact almost 5 months of waiting between the signing of the contract and the installation seem a bit excessive !!!

Siamo stati accolti da persone competenti e professionali, dalla fase di preventivazione (Filippo) che ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli dal punto di vista della finitura estetica e sopratutto funzionali, a Matteo per la sua gentilezza nella gestione della commessa fino alla posa in opera dei serramentisti Ivano, Roberto Emanuele e Christian. Un elogio a questi ultimi per il lavoro eseguito a regola d'arte in un appartamento "abitato". Consiglio vivamente quest'azienda in quanto troverete persone preparate, dei veri professionisti nel loro settore. Le cinque stelle sono tutte meritate. We relied on the Faenza Infissi company for the replacement of internal doors, external frames with two-color roller shutters and the security door of our home inside an apartment building. We were welcomed by competent and professional people, from the budgeting phase (Filippo) who gave us excellent advice from the point of view of aesthetic and above all functional finishing, to Matteo for his kindness in managing the order up to the installation of the window fabricators Ivano, Roberto Emanuele and Christian. A tribute to the latter for the work done to perfection in an "inhabited" apartment. I highly recommend this company as you will find trained people, real professionals in their sector. The five stars are all deserved.

I montatori sono stati perfetti: veloci, puliti e precisi. Qualche ritardo nella consegna, ma comprensibile considerato il momento attuale. Consiglio vivamente! I changed the windows in my apartment and I had a great time, starting from the purchase phase (with Filippo) up to the actual assembly. The editors were perfect: fast, clean and precise. Some delay in delivery, but understandable considering the current time. I highly recommend!
