Lo show room è alquanto importante e pieno di soluzioni.
Lo staff, molto gentile e premuroso, io ho parlato con Walter Grandi, ottima preparazione e disponibilità, mi ha seguito sempre con pazienza. Non sono un cliente “facile” ma qui hanno saputo consigliarmi al meglio tanto che alla fine ho sostituito anche le finestre, i cassonetti e le tapparelle... che dire!
Il montaggio è stato effettuato nei tempi prestabiliti e il giovane Morris ha fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro.
Grazie allo staff e alla puntualità posso solamente dire che sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto e consiglio vivamente di recarvi e valutare anche questa azienda se siete in cerca di soluzioni per il vostro appartamento.

The showroom is very important and full of solutions.
The staff, very kind and thoughtful, I spoke with Walter Grandi, excellent preparation and availability, he always followed me with patience. I am not an "easy" customer but here they have been able to advise me the best so much that in the end I have also replaced the windows, the bins and the blinds ... what to say!
The assembly was carried out on time and the young Morris did a great job.
Thanks to the staff and punctuality I can only say that I was fully satisfied and I highly recommend going to and evaluating this company if you are looking for solutions for your apartment.

La scadenza era breve, ma hanno organizzato la presa-misure nel giro di 2 o 3 giorni e hanno contattato direttamente i fornitori per organizzare una consegna straordinaria. Risultato? Finestre montate in tempo record e senza lasciare sporco in casa. Il tutto a un prezzo onesto e senza alcun sovrapprezzo per la consegna straordinaria. Impareggiabile. Un ringraziamento personale a Simone Mandia per la professionalità.
We needed 3 new windows in less than 1 month. The deadline was short, but they organized the measurement within 2 or 3 days and contacted the suppliers directly to arrange an extraordinary delivery. Result? Windows installed in record time and without leaving dirt in the house. All at an honest price and no extra charge for extraordinary delivery. Unmatched. A personal thanks to Simone Mandia for the professionalism.

I had a great time with both the commercial and all the guys who took care of the assembly, both from a human and professional point of view. All kind and available at all times.

Una fregatura a tutti gli effetti.
Correggo la recensione mettendo tre stelle perché, dopo alcuni mesi, il problema è stato risolto.
Product paid for in advance, upon assembly we realized it was defective, never seen again for repair despite repeated reminders.
A rip off in all respects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andata per un preventivo per delle finestre ! Mostra non molto fornita , ma soprattutto non esiste che dicano : ti faccio circa una bozza a voce del prezzo , tu le ordini dandom cospicuo acconto , le consegnato tra forse 8 mesi e solo allora scopri il prezzo finale !!
Went for a quote for some windows! The exhibition is not very well stocked, but above all there is no such thing as saying: I'll give you a verbal draft of the price, you order it by giving it a large down payment, delivered in maybe 8 months and only then do you find out the final price !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo se pur a distanza di 2 anni voglio esprimere la mia immensa delusione. Ad oggi il colore di alcuni infissi, nella parte dentro casa, hanno cambiato colore, da bianchi hanno preso una colorazione rosacea. Pur chiudendo totalmente porte e scuri entra la luce a causa probabilmente del montaggio e quindi delle misure non proprio prese come di doveva. Inoltre non so per quale motivo le finestre hanno una doppia cornice sfalsata, quindi antiestetica. Scrivo oggi perché sono esausta delle formiche e insetti vari che entrano dalle enormi fessure lasciate. Ho espresso il mio disappunto su come era stato effettuato il montaggio, a breve distanza dalla fine dei lavori, mi è stato garantito un sopralluogo che se pur sollecitato non è mai avvenuto.
Unfortunately, even after 2 years I want to express my immense disappointment. To date, the color of some fixtures, in the part inside the house, have changed color, from white they have taken on a rosacea color. While completely closing doors and shutters, the light enters probably due to the assembly and therefore to the measures not taken exactly as they should. Also I don't know why the windows have a double offset frame, therefore unsightly. I am writing today because I am exhausted of the various ants and insects that enter through the huge crevices left behind. I expressed my disappointment about how the assembly was carried out, a short distance from the end of the work, I was guaranteed an inspection which, although requested, never took place.
