★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casolare con diversi appartamenti in posizione tranquilla nell'entroterra comunque abbastanza vicina dalla costa, le principali spiagge (sterpaia, rimigliano e baratti) si raggiungono in 10/15 minuti di macchina; gli appartamenti sono un po' spartani, arredamento minimale, mancano un po' di suppellettili, sono comunque spaziosi e quelli al piano terra hanno un giardinetto con tavolo e barbecue. C'è una bella piscina ad accesso libero nei giorni in cui si decide di rimanere in appartamento. Utile anche l'angolo bar self made.
 Cottage with several apartments in a quiet inland location, however close enough from the coast, the main beaches (sterpaia, rimigliano and baratti) can be reached in 10/15 minutes by car; the apartments are a bit spartan, minimal furnishings, lack some furnishings, however they are spacious and those on the ground floor have a small garden with table and barbecue. There is a nice swimming pool with free access on the days when you decide to stay in the apartment. The self-made corner bar is also useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti in affitto in mezzo ai campi e alle campagne toscane, con lussuosa piscina e lucciole serali. Esternamente molto bello, ma ci si sente un po' abbandonati se si cerca la cura nel dettaglio. Manca il bar, in piscina ci vuole la cuffia e nessuno te la vende all'interno della struttura, e gli appartamenti hanno piccole magagne funzionali che nessuno sembra voler risolvere. Un po' rustico, ma ne vale comunque la pena.
Apartments for rent in the middle of the Tuscan fields and countryside, with a luxurious swimming pool and evening fireflies. Very nice on the outside, but you feel a bit abandoned if you look for the attention to detail. There is no bar, in the pool you need a swimming cap and no one sells it to you inside the structure, and the apartments have small functional flaws that no one seems to want to solve. A little rustic, but still worth it.

Si percorrono 2 km di strada bianca sterrata tra ulivi,vigne, campi di grano e girasoli e si vede sulla collina questo borgo in pietra a vista, tra cipressi e e pini marittimi. Bellissimo!
La signora Elena è gentilissima e cordiale.
Piscina stupenda. Esterni molto bene curati. Si sale al l’appartamento tramite delle scale, che sono molto sporche e nn spazzate per la polvere che è ovunque.
L’appartamento è carino su due piani mansardato.
Poi però si notano le note dolenti.
Polvere ovunque, soprattutto sul divano che nn viene aspirato da tempo.
Lucernario enorme, ma nn oscurato.
Risultato, a pranzo devi seguire il giro del sole o muori di caldo.
Bagno senza asciugacapelli, senza un mobiletto per riporre i prodotti per l’igiene personale.
Il water sporco di calcare e la doccia minuscola.
Il bar in piscina è come se nn esistesse.
La Wi-Fi funziona solo all’esterno, in appartamento non prende.
Nessuna tenda alle finestre e quindi ciao privacy.
In fine, vi fanno trovare l’aria condizionata accesa, ma attenzione, si paga a parte, 9 ,50 euro al giorno. È scritto nelle condizioni, ma se lo dimenticate, la pagate in più.
In conclusione , per un prezzo di 113 euro al giorno, di solo affitto, nn sono accettabili tutte queste mancanze.

You go along 2 km of dirt road between olive trees, vineyards, fields of wheat and sunflowers and you can see this stone village on the hill, among cypresses and maritime pines. Very beautifull!
Mrs. Elena is very kind and friendly.
Gorgeous pool. Very well cared for exteriors. You go up to the apartment via the stairs, which are very dirty and not swept due to the dust that is everywhere.
The apartment is nice on two floors with sloping ceilings.
But then you notice the painful notes.
Dust everywhere, especially on the sofa that has not been vacuumed for a long time.
Huge skylight, but not obscured.
Result, at lunch you have to follow the turn of the sun or you die of heat.
Bathroom without hairdryer, without a cabinet to store personal hygiene products.
The limescale toilet and the tiny shower.
The pool bar is as if it didn't exist.
The Wi-Fi only works outside, in the apartment it does not take.
No curtains on the windows and so bye privacy.
Finally, they let you find the air conditioning on, but be careful, you pay separately, 9.50 euros per day. It is written in the conditions, but if you forget it, you pay extra.
In conclusion, for a price of 113 euros per day, for rent only, all these shortcomings are not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo alloggio antico ristrutturato è veramente molto carino. Dispone di appartamenti molto accoglienti con cucina e televisore. Alcuni hanno il giardinetto e altri il terrazzo tutti accessoriato con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone. Nel borgo c'è una piscina con solarium e lettini, spazio giochi per i bimbi e spazio comune con piccolo bar. Si arriva percorrendo uno stradone ghiaioso.
This renovated old house is very nice indeed. It has very comfortable apartments with kitchen and television. Some have a small garden and others a terrace, all equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. In the village there is a swimming pool with solarium and sunbeds, a play area for children and a common area with a small bar. It can be reached along a gravel road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 5 Jahren Auszeit waren wir nun schon zum dritten Mal hier und wieder einmal restlos begeistert. Warum? Überschaubare Anlage in alten und schön restaurierten Gemäuern, wenig Leute, viel Ruhe, schöne Umgebung und Aussicht und man ist in 15 - 30 Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden, Weinbergen oder mittelalterlichen Städtchen. Wenn man sich andere Rezensionen durchliest, muss man sich ab und zu schon etwas wundern. ?
After a 5-year break, we were here for the third time and once again completely thrilled. Why? Manageable complex in old and beautifully restored walls, few people, a lot of peace, beautiful surroundings and views and you are in 15 - 30 minutes at various beaches, vineyards or medieval towns. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful property with a swimming pool, tennis court, playground. Very nice location, remote, 3 km from the village but everything is nearby, big supermarket, beach, cafes. Rooms are very clean. Although at the end we were surprised that we had to pay for air conditioning in the rooms.

We arrived late (from airport) in the dark and we had nothing to eat or drink. Next morning we could get groceries.
We only had one towel for the whole week but there was a washing machine.
Beds were bit old.
