Un ringraziamento particolare al Capo Ricevimento MARIO onnipresente è sempre esauriente in tutte le domande un gran professionista.
Ringrazio inoltre il Maitre Carmine di un Educazione unica sempre puntuale per non far mai mancare nulla a nessun ospite.
Cibo dì qualità e ampia scelta complimenti a tutti.
 Perfect welcome, clean facility, excellent room, excellent entertainment, show with sublime live music.
A special thanks to the omnipresent Head of Reception MARIO is always exhaustive in all questions a great professional.
I also thank the Maitre Carmine for a single Education always punctual for never missing anything to any guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato 7 anni e come si fosse fermato il tempo è identico, senza rinnovamenti e cambiamenti. Non riesco a capire come mantiene le 4 stelle. Il ristorante ( perdonatemi la mensa) il cibo è buono ma come dicevo una mensa. Peccato perchè la struttura è enorme e potrebbe offrire molto di più.
I have been there for 7 years and how time has stood still is identical, without renovations and changes. I can't understand how it keeps the 4 stars. The restaurant (forgive me the canteen) the food is good but like I said a canteen. Too bad because the structure is huge and could offer much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona la struttura anche se un pochino datata, ma non manca nulla. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in formula residence in pieno relax e tranquillità, grazie a tutto il personale in particolar modo a Mario che ha esaudita ogni nostro desiderio. Mille grazie anche ai signori del noleggio sci ( all'interno della struttura)i loro prezzi sono praticamente la metà rispetto a quelli esterni. Spa(all'interno della struttura) bellissima ed economica. Insomma tutto bellissimo anche grazie ai ragazzi dell'animazione ma soprattutto al grande MATTEO.
Good structure even if a little dated, but nothing is missing. We stayed a week in the residence formula in full relaxation and tranquility, thanks to all the staff, especially Mario who fulfilled our every wish. Many thanks also to the ski rental gentlemen (inside the structure) their prices are practically half compared to the external ones. Spa (inside the structure) beautiful and cheap. In short, all beautiful thanks to the animation team but above all to the great MATTEO.
