★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura situata in campagna contornata da coltivazioni. Gli alloggi sono corredati di tutto il necessario. La piscina è capiente e sempre pulita con acqua cristallina. A pochi Km ci sono ampie spiagge affacciate sul Mar Tirreno difronte all'isola D'Elba La gestione è corretta e adeguata. La consiglio per trascorrere in pace un periodo di vacanza spensierati.
 Structure located in the countryside surrounded by crops. The accommodations are equipped with everything you need. The pool is large and always clean with crystal clear water. A few kilometers away there are wide beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in front of the island of Elba. The management is correct and adequate. I recommend it to spend a carefree holiday in peace.

Noi è il 2° anno che si viene perché ci piace molto.
La piscina è molto grande e sarà 14 m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è tranquilla e ben organizzata; gli appartamenti sono freschi e puliti. Sono presenti anche una piscina, una area gioco bimbi e una zona barbecue ben tenuti. Parcheggio auto ombreggiato. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Servono 15 minuti per arrivare al mare. Se potete chiedete gli appartamenti al piano terra che hanno accesso diretto al giardino.
The structure is quiet and well organized; the apartments are fresh and clean. There is also a swimming pool, a children's play area and a well-kept barbecue area. Shaded car parking. Friendly and helpful owners. It takes 15 minutes to reach the sea. If you can ask for the ground floor apartments that have direct access to the garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podere ben tenuto e curato, molto verde, parcheggio interno e coperto, piscina, non molto grande, ma ben attrezzata, vicinanza al mare, ottima posizione per chi volesse visitare altri posti. Ottima la gestione e l'attenzione ai clienti.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane.
Dell'appartamento da noi utilizzato possiamo riscontrare questi aspetti: il bagno, spazioso, con doccia, ma senza finestra e accesso dalla camera da letto.
Cucina ben attrezzata ma con con frigorifero non molto capiente.
Poca ventilazione naturate, assenza di aria condizionata, ma in dotazione c'è un ventilatore.
Ottimi il cambio della biancheria settimanale e la pulizia finale compresa nel prezzo.
Buona soluzione per famiglie con bambini.

Of the apartment we used we can find these aspects: the bathroom, spacious, with shower, but without window and access from the bedroom.
Well equipped kitchen but with not very large refrigerator.
Little natural ventilation, no air conditioning, but a fan is supplied.
Excellent weekly linen change and final cleaning included in the price.
Good solution for families with children.

Unica cosa l angolo cottura un po buio.
Il giardino e la piscina sono molto curati
I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili

The two-room apartment on the second floor is spacious and even without air conditioning it is cool with windows that guarantee good air exchange.
The only thing is the kitchenette a bit dark.
The garden and swimming pool are well kept

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 appartamenti al primo piano, l'ultima settimana di Luglio. La struttura è ben curata e pulita, le stanze ampie anche se qualche appartamento ha il bagno senza finestra. Un solo ventilatore per appartamento può non bastare se fa molto caldo così come è capitato a noi. La piscina è profonda 140cm ovunque, calda il pomeriggio, andrebbe pulita di più. La posizione della struttura è perfetta se si vuole visitare le varie spiagge dei dintorni mentre a Venturina Terme, distante 5' di macchina, c'è tutto quello che serve. Franco è pieno di regole ma è anche molto disponibile a trovare soluzioni in caso di problemi. Non ci è piaciuto dover pulire quotidianamente i tavoli vicino alla piscina che sono in uso alle famiglie del primo piano, essendo luoghi accessibili a tutti, non ci sembra corretto che noi si sia pulito per tutti. Il BBQ disponibile è grande ma portatevi le griglie, quelle disponibili non sono utilizzabili. A volte è stato difficile trovare persino spazio sugli stendini in comune. In sintesi la struttura è buona ma chi soggiorna al primo piano è penalizzato nell'uso dei servizi in comune che sono compresi nell'offerta ma non sempre fruibili o adeguati.
We stayed in 3 apartments on the first floor in the last week of July. The structure is well maintained and clean, the rooms are large even if some apartments have a bathroom without a window. A single fan per apartment may not be enough if it is very hot as it happened to us. The pool is 140cm deep everywhere, hot in the afternoon, it should be cleaned more. The location of the structure is perfect if you want to visit the various beaches in the surroundings while in Venturina Terme, 5 'away by car, there is everything you need. Franco is full of rules but he is also very willing to find solutions in case of problems. We did not like having to clean the tables near the pool every day that are used by the families on the first floor, being places accessible to all, it does not seem correct that we have cleaned for everyone. The available BBQ is large but bring your own grills, the available ones are not usable. Sometimes it was difficult to even find space on the common drying racks. In summary, the structure is good but those staying on the first floor are penalized in the use of shared services that are included in the offer but not always usable or adequate.
