★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten immer schon einmal im Frühjahr in den Süden und haben uns für die Toskana entschieden. Und es war genau die richtige Entscheidung! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem wirklich wunderbaren Appartement. Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich, traumhaft und direkt am Meer. Gerade in der Vorsaison haben wir die Ruhe - vor allem am Strand - sehr genossen. Guglielmo und seine Eltern sind erstklassige Gastgeber und hatten gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
 We've always wanted to go south in spring and have decided on Tuscany. And it was exactly the right decision! We had a wonderful stay in a truly wonderful apartment. The location is indescribable, fantastic and right on the sea. Especially in the pre-season we enjoyed the peace and quiet - especially on the beach. Guglielmo and his parents are first class hosts and had good tips for trips and restaurants in the area. An all-round successful holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione privilegiata e unica, direttamente sulla spiaggia, difronte al tramonto la sera. Gli appartamenti sono a dir poco deliziosi, arredati non solo con gusto e dovizia di particolari, ma con un forte legame affettivo alle mura e alla loro storia di mare. Molto ben attrezzati e funzionali per ogni necessità. Ottima pulizia in casa e nel giardino difronte. Supermercato a poche decine di metri. Preziosa e rara l'ospitalità dei proprietari.
Tante attrazioni naturalistiche, storiche, culturali, enogastronomiche, sportive a breve raggio.
Torneremo sicuramente!
Privileged and unique position, directly on the beach, facing the sunset in the evening. The apartments are nothing short of delightful, furnished not only with taste and a wealth of details, but with a strong emotional bond to the walls and their history of the sea. Very well equipped and functional for every need. Excellent cleaning in the house and in the front garden. Supermarket a few tens of meters. The hospitality of the owners is precious and rare.
Many naturalistic, historical, cultural, gastronomic and sporting attractions within a short distance.
We will definitely be back!

La famiglia dei proprietari è molto accogliente e premurosa e riescono sempre a soddisfare le nostre richieste con grande gentilezza. Gli appartamenti sono tutti molto curati e, il nome stesso lo dice, in riva al mare. San Vincenzo è una bella località dove tutto è a portata di mano compresi negozi, ristoranti, supermercati e le varie attrazioni. Anche i dintorni che fanno parte della Costa degli Etruschi sono da visitare con interesse.
Since we met the Casa Del Mare, our holiday has been one of complete rest. The owners family is very welcoming and caring and they always manage to satisfy our requests with great kindness. The apartments are all well-kept and, the name itself says it, by the sea. San Vincenzo is a beautiful location where everything is close at hand including shops, restaurants, supermarkets and various attractions. Even the surroundings that are part of the Etruscan Coast are to be visited with interest.

I padroni di casa, la famiglia Macioni, è super gentile e disponibile in ogni momento è per noi sono diventati amici veri. San Vincenzo è perfettamente situato per le gite in città nelle città circostanti in Toscana, ma la città stessa è anche bellissima. La migliore vacanza che abbiamo fatto da anni. Quest'anno è già la terza volta che ci andiamo.
The perfect place for a family vacation. The apartments are located directly on the beach with a wonderful sea view, and are decorated with a particular taste. The hosts, the Macioni family, are super nice and helpful at all times and have become true friends for us. San Vincenzo is perfectly situated for city trips to the surrounding towns in Tuscany, but the city itself is also beautiful. Best vacation we have had in years. This year is already the third time we go there.
