Poi puoi venire col tuo amico fido a quattro zampe. This is the second time we have come to this place where you can really unplug because it is immersed in the green of the pine forest and with a swimming pool, total relaxation. Then you can come with your trusty four-legged friend.

Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal hier und empfehlen das Dolce Vita weiter. Very friendly family. The apartment is very clean and practically furnished. The pool and garden beautiful! Children are very welcome. This is our second time here and we recommend the Dolce Vita to others.

L	Lorenza Gamannossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do tre stelle perché il prezzo che ho pagato è veramente ottimo. Il luogo è bello, vicinissimo a Baratti e a tutti i bei paesi e spiagge della zona. La struttura è accogliente ma il giardino non è sufficientemente curato. All'ingresso, dopo il cancello, manca la ghiaia per far scorrere meglio le auto, l'erba nel parcheggio e intorno ad esso è da tagliare. Sul retro degli appartamenti, dove ci sono gli spazi recintati con tavolo e sedie, c'è disordine e oggetti accatastati in un punto ben visibile come fosse una piccola area di sbratto. Il bagno dell' appartamentino in cui ho soggiornato è decisamente da rifare: doccia, sanitari e rivestimento. L'appartamento però era pulito e il personale gentile. Basterebbe poco per far diventare il posto super. I give three stars because the price I paid is really good. The place is beautiful, very close to Baratti and all the beautiful towns and beaches in the area. The structure is welcoming but the garden is not well cared for. At the entrance, after the gate, there is no gravel to allow the cars to flow better, the grass in the parking lot and around it needs to be cut. On the back of the apartments, where there are fenced areas with table and chairs, there is clutter and objects stacked in a clearly visible point as if it were a small area of clearing. The bathroom of the apartment where I stayed is definitely to be redone: shower, bathroom fixtures and cladding. The apartment, however, was clean and the staff were nice. It would take little to make the place super.

Può sembrare distante dal mare ma in 15/20 min di macchina si raggiungono le spiagge di Baratti, Pratoranieri, Follonica. I proprietari e in particolare Amir, sono tutti davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Avendo soggiornato la settimana prima di ferragosto l'abbiamo trovato molto più rilassante di un appartamento vicino al mare. Il monolocale Nino lo definirei essenziale per due persone, consiglierei di togliere le scale per il soppalco e mettere un divano letto più comodo e strutturato. Per il resto tutto ok. Really nice and relaxing environment, characterized by a beautiful Tuscan style farmhouse with a cool pine forest and a very comfortable swimming pool. It may seem far from the sea but in 15/20 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Baratti, Pratoranieri, Follonica. The owners, and in particular Amir, are all very kind and helpful. Having stayed the week before mid-August we found it much more relaxing than an apartment near the sea. I would define the Nino studio apartment as essential for two people, I would recommend removing the stairs to the mezzanine and putting a more comfortable and structured sofa bed. For the rest everything is ok.
