★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo Residence non appena è stato possibile muoversi da una regione all'altra, per godere delle bellezze del Golfo di Baratti e del parco archeologico di Populonia. L'area è stupenda, dal residence si arriva velocemente sul mare del golfo di Baratti come a Bolgheri e altri borghi bellissimi. La struttura è stupenda, un antico casale perfettamente ristrutturato, il giardino curatissimo. Il gestore non che proprietario è stato estremamente cortese e professionale, davvero non si può prendere di più: consigliatissimo.
We stayed in this Residence as soon as it was possible to move from one region to another, to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Baratti and the archaeological park of Populonia. The area is beautiful, from the residence you can quickly get to the sea of the Gulf of Baratti as in Bolgheri and other beautiful villages. The structure is beautiful, an old farmhouse perfectly restored, the well-kept garden. The manager, not the owner, was extremely courteous and professional, you really can't take more: highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit einem Landhaus im toskanischen Stil. Alles ist eingezäunt und perfekt, wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist. Hunde sind hier sehr willkommen. Es gibt auch einen Pool und Enrico ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sind eher einfach und das Frühstück auch, aber ansonsten ist alles super
A very nice property with a Tuscan style country house. Everything is fenced and perfect if you are traveling with a dog. Dogs are very welcome here. There is also a pool and Enrico is a great host. The rooms are rather simple and the breakfast too, but otherwise everything is great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho (purtroppo, dato che la location merita sicuramente) soggiornato nel residence causa indisponibilità di alloggi, però devo sottolineare la grande disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario Enrico nel propormi l’affitto di un comodo appartamento nella vicina Venturina, permettendo a me e alla mia famiglia di trascorrere una decina di giorni di ferie al mare!
Pur non essendo direttamente ospite della Casaccia mi ha comunque concesso l’accesso alla struttura, l’uso della piscina e fornito un permesso per il parcheggio gratuito sul lungomare di Rimigliano.
Come se non bastasse all’arrivo ci ha omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino rosso toscano, guidandoci fino a destinazione…
Insomma, una gran bella persona, sempre disponibile, cordiale e sorridente!
Ancora grazie di cuore Enrico e arrivederci!

I have not (unfortunately, since the location certainly deserves) stayed in the residence due to unavailability of accommodation, but I must emphasize the great availability and courtesy of the owner Enrico in offering me the rental of a comfortable apartment in nearby Venturina, allowing me and my family to spend ten days of vacation by the sea!
Although I was not a direct guest of the Casaccia, he still granted me access to the facility, use of the swimming pool and provided a permit for free parking on the Rimigliano seafront.
As if that were not enough, upon arrival, he presented us with a bottle of Tuscan red wine, guiding us to our destination ...
In short, a very nice person, always available, friendly and smiling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immerso nel verde tra il mare e le colline toscane, la Casaccia è decisamente il posto dove passare vacanze rilassanti e perfette.
La sua posizione è strategica sia per andare in direzione della pineta di Rimigliano sia per visitare l'entroterra.
Gli appartamenti sono comodi e funzionali, si respira ovunque aria di campagna toscana.
Una menzione speciale per il proprietario, Enrico, gran maestro di cerimonie, sempre pronto a facilitare il soggiorno e dare consigli e fare quattro chiacchiere.
Lo ringrazio personalmente per avere reso le nostre vacanze super piacevoli. Grazie!

Immersed in the greenery between the sea and the Tuscan hills, Casaccia is definitely the place to spend relaxing and perfect holidays.
Its position is strategic both to go in the direction of the Rimigliano pine forest and to visit the hinterland.
The apartments are comfortable and functional, you can breathe the air of the Tuscan countryside everywhere.
A special mention for the owner, Enrico, grand master of ceremonies, always ready to facilitate the stay and give advice and have a chat.
I personally thank him for making our holidays super enjoyable. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with my family (my parents, me and our two small dogs) for four days during a two week visit to Italy. The place is idyllic, the location is perfect both for visiting a number of scenic towns and for just having a nice rest after a long journey, the service is excellent, the host Enrico, indeed, is a perfect gentleman.
