A stone's throw, real, from a beach of fine white sand with a clear sea; ideal for families with young children who can run around quietly on a bicycle independently; lots of green in and around; optimal position to visit the beauties of the Maremma.

Durante la stagione estiva è corredato di market,bazar e di bar ristorante. Particolarmente adatto per le famiglie con bambini : il luogo è tranquillo e ordinato,senza traffico di auto e corredato di un parco giochi per i bambini Excellent holiday village. Clean and welcoming. The houses are all equipped with a garden. Very close to the sea, it is a pleasant place. During the summer season it is equipped with a market, bazaar and restaurant bar. Particularly suitable for families with children: the place is quiet and tidy, without car traffic and equipped with a playground for children

I servizi del centro soddisfacenti, unico neo l'edicolante, ricariche del telefono che nn funzionano mai poco cortesi i gestori. I love this stretch of sea and the sterpaia park. The Riva Verde village is beautiful, the houses are functional and have a garden. The services of the center are satisfactory, the only drawback is the newsagent, phone recharges that never work, the managers are not very courteous.

Le casette sono tutte corredate da un giardino, del posto auto e presentano due camere da letto (matrimoniali), cucinotto, ingresso su sala da pranzo e ovviamente bagno ceco. E' presente un ampio terrazzo coperto che funge da quinto ambiente, dove quasi tutti mangiano. Il villaggio è blandamente custodito, ma non mi risulta che ci siano mai stati furti. All'ingresso è presente un piccolo centro commerciale con un mini market, un giornalaio con anche articoli di uso comune, un ristorante e un negozio di abiti. Durante il periodo estivo (agosto principalmente) nella piazzetta del centro commerciale alla sera ci sono anche spettacoli di intrattenimento. Tutte le case sono di proprietà e non è facile trovare da affittare. Ogni tanto qualcuno decide di vendere una casetta, ma i prezzi non sono proprio alla mano. La spiaggia è per gran parte libera, ma alcuni anni il comune si è fatto carico della pulizia dalle alghe, altri anni no. Per questo non sempre è "pulita" dalle alghe. Risulta comunque in media una bella spiaggia con acqua limpida e pulita (anche quest'anno ha ricevuto il ricoscimento della bandiera blu). Sulla spiaggia sono inoltre presenti delle torrette con il bagnino per il soccorso in mare. Very quiet village a few hundred meters from the sea. The houses are all accompanied by a garden, parking space and have two bedrooms (double), kitchenette, entrance to dining room and of course a Czech bathroom. There is a large covered terrace that acts as a fifth room, where almost everyone eats. The village is mildly guarded, but I am not aware that there have ever been thefts. At the entrance there is a small shopping center with a mini market, a newsagent with common items, a restaurant and a clothes shop. During the summer (mainly August) in the square of the shopping center in the evening there are also entertainment shows. All houses are owned and it is not easy to find to rent. Every now and then someone decides to sell a house, but the prices are not exactly in hand. The beach is for the most part free, but some years the municipality has taken care of the cleaning from algae, other years not. This is why it is not always "clean" of algae. However, it is on average a beautiful beach with clear and clean water (also this year it received the recognition of the blue flag). On the beach there are also lifeguard towers for rescue at sea.
M	Monica Betti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villaggio di case di proprietà con un buon spazio vitale, ben tenuto, comodo per la vicinanza al mare. Casine funzionali . Il grosso neo sono le zanzare che proliferano indisturbate bei fossi di acqua stagnante che sono subito esterni alla struttura ( anche brutto da vedere oltre che malsano). Il mare è bello ma lasciano a desiderare (sotto tutti i punti di vista) sia il bar sulla spiaggia che il bagno Elia . Nel villaggio dovrebbe essere fatta una disinfestazione ogni tanto Village of owned houses with a good living space, well maintained, convenient for the proximity to the sea. Functional little houses. The big drawback are the mosquitoes that proliferate undisturbed beautiful ditches of stagnant water that are immediately external to the structure (even ugly to see as well as unhealthy). The sea is beautiful but both the beach bar and the Elia bathroom leave something to be desired (from all points of view). In the village a pest control should be done every now and then
M	Mauro Coradeschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villaggio composto da villette doppie con ingresso separato, a poca distanza dal mare (300-400 metri dal mare) e piazzetta commerciale dove oltre i negozi e ristorante bar c'è anche intrattenimento serale per villeggianti. Si trovano villette in affitto per periodi anche settimanale. Village consisting of double villas with separate entrances, a short distance from the sea (300-400 meters from the sea) and a commercial square where, in addition to the shops and restaurant bar, there is also evening entertainment for vacationers. There are villas for rent even for weekly periods.

Un luogo molto ospitale con un accesso a spiagge libere (dotate da circa 3/4 anni di una zona riservata ad animali) con il mare più bello di tutta la Toscana (bandiera blu rinnovata ogni anno). Super consigliato Holiday village that I have been attending for 21 years. A very hospitable place with access to free beaches (with an area reserved for animals for about 3/4 years) with the most beautiful sea in all of Tuscany (blue flag renewed every year). Super recommended
