★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tanti anni che li contatto per affitti estivi. Molto disponibili, specialmente Silvia, alcuni appartamenti che gestiscono dovrebbero essere un po' rinnovati negli arredi.
 I have been contacting them for many years for summer rentals. Very helpful, especially Silvia, some of the apartments they manage should be a little renovated in the furnishings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo affittato una casa con bagno piccolissimo con la doccia aperta e prese di corrente nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo fatto presente che non c erano le norme di sicurezza e la risposta è stata che dalle foto si vedeva...quindi quando affittate guardate bene le foto....
We rented a house with a tiny bathroom with an open shower and power outlets nearby. We pointed out that there were no safety regulations and the answer was that from the photos you could see ... so when you rent you look carefully at the photos ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ subito al telefono nella ricerca dell immobile molto cordiali ,arrivati, la casa ottima ma senza tende alle finestre ,abbiamo richiesto alla titolare se era possibile averle visto che eravamo visibili dalle altre case nei dintorni , ma la risposta della titolare è stata:l abbiamo affittata cosi per vent'anni!(anche se noi abbiamo notato che c erano i ganci per la predisposizione).
abbiamo poi riscontrato un problema di usura nel box doccia, tantochè si apriva a fatica e con il rischio di rottura, fatto presente ma nessuno è mai venuto a controllare.
per non parlare delle pulizie finali, avevamo chiesto alla prenotazione se era possibile farle noi per risparmiare i 60 euro, e loro avevano detto che non c erano problemi, ma il giorno prima della consegna della casa ci hanno detto che non potevamo più farle perchè ormai loro avevano già prenotato l impresa di pulizie.

we then found a problem of wear in the shower box, so much so that it opened with difficulty and with the risk of breakage, this was done but nobody ever came to check.
not to mention the final cleaning, we asked the booking if it was possible for us to save 60 euros, and they said that there were no problems, but the day before the delivery of the house they told us that we could no longer do them because now they had already booked the cleaning company.
what else really very nice!

Gli appartamenti devono essere controllati anche se sulle foto, a volte, non si vede tutto. Io mi sono trovata benissimo, seguitemi e le vacanze saranno assicurate
I can say that my experience with this agency is absolutely positive. The owners, especially Silvia, are available to the maximum, just be polite and respectful. The apartments must be checked even if sometimes you don't see everything on the photos. I had a great time, follow me and the holidays will be guaranteed

X una notte insonne costata 500 euro, non torneremo più a Follonica. ...Vista la risposta, vi auguro di cuore di vivere la nostra esperienza alla vostra prossima vacanza.E poi tornare a casa....Auguri.
Sad experience. Nice studio but impossible to sleep at night x the noise of an air conditioner in a nearby building. For a sleepless night costing 500 euros, we will never return to Follonica. ... Given the answer, I sincerely wish you to live our experience on your next vacation. And then go home .... Best wishes.
