★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una settimana di mare che dovevamo fare abbiamo passato 4 giorni in agenzia per varie false lamentele, si sconsiglia soprattutto ai ragazzi di affidarsi a questa agenzia, consigliata agli ultra sessantenni. Esperienza più che negativa, abbiamo trovato la casa sporca e abbiamo pulito tutto, brandina, stendino e sedie rotte. Dalle foto la casa sbrava più grande in realtà la casa era un buco, la prossima volta le foto fatele meglio.
Non affidatevi a questa agenzia.

More than negative experience, we found the house dirty and we cleaned everything, cot, drying rack and broken chairs. From the photos the house barked bigger in reality the house was a hole, next time take the photos better.
Don't rely on this agency.

The flat they offered was clean, comfortable and had all appliances inside.
I would recommend this agency- made our stay in Follonica seamless.
