Maximum kindness and availability. I rented 2 MTB e-bikes (Specialized and Hibike) and I was very happy. Excellent value for money.

Abbiamo noleggiato due bici e nonostante una di queste ci sia sembrata sin da subito con le ruote un po’ troppo sgonfie, ci è stato negato di poterle gonfiare di più. Il giorno dopo una delle due ruote era a terra, probabilmente già bucata. Ci hanno forniti di una sola catena per due bici e arrivato il giorno della resa, siamo stati quasi accusati di aver perso l’altra quando fin da subito, di catena, ne abbiamo avuta solo una. Non abbiamo contestato e abbiamo pagato €5 per il disagio ma siamo rimasti molto delusi dal servizio, in quanto non è compito del cliente preoccuparsi dell’assenza o meno di una catena ma è il servizio del negozio a doversi assicurare in primis che tutto sia in regola onde evitare malintesi. Un consiglio..se mai decideste di affidarvi a tale servizio, assicuratevi che le bici siano munite di catene e che le ruote siano ben gonfie, evitando così spiacevoli inconvenienti. A little troubled experience .. We rented two bikes and although one of them immediately seemed to us to have a little too flat tires, we were denied that we could inflate them more. The next day one of the two wheels was on the ground, probably already punctured. They provided us with only one chain for two bikes and the day of surrender arrived, we were almost accused of having lost the other when we immediately had only one of the chain. We did not dispute and we paid € 5 for the inconvenience but we were very disappointed with the service, as it is not the customer's job to worry about the absence or not of a chain but it is the store service that must first ensure that everything is in rule to avoid misunderstandings. A tip .. if you ever decide to rely on this service, make sure that the bikes are equipped with chains and that the wheels are well inflated, thus avoiding unpleasant inconveniences.

Sono stati molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno fornito informazioni e due ottime bici, in più ci hanno fatto uno sconto sul totale. Se alloggiate a Follonica e avete bisogno di un mezzo per spostarsi ve lo consiglio, i prezzi sono abbordabili. Rented two MTBs for a day to go to Cala Violina. They were very kind and helpful they provided information and two excellent bikes, plus they gave us a discount on the total. If you are staying in Follonica and you need a vehicle to get around, I recommend it, the prices are affordable.

Disponibili, simpatici, abbiamo noleggiato due bici ad un prezzo onesto, abbiamo avuto una foratura sulla sterrata per Cala Violina, una telefonata e ci ha subito tratto d'impaccio venendoci a prendere e riparando subito la foratura in negozio. Che dire, se capitate a Follonica e avete bisogno di una bici qui andate sul sicuro, cinque stelle meritatissime!!! Highly recommended !!!!
