Uno dei pezzi non era originale(bici ferma in attesa del pezzo, il quale poi è arrivato in ritardo) , la bici non aveva fatto il controllo gomme come detto.spero sia stato solo un disguido dovuto alla fretta Purchased via the internet, a semi-new e-bike, excellent availability in the sale and available on the phone, however, I believe that the pre-delivery check was very bad. One of the pieces was not original (bike stopped waiting for the piece, which then arrived late), the bike had not checked the tires as mentioned.I hope it was just a mistake due to haste

Communication via Whatsapp in perfect English; settlement invoice by bank transfer; sending of the parcel; ... all very good! I was also very positively surprised about how they packed the bike: very professional and safe!
