La ragazza che mi ha seguito era preparata ed educata, ma il suo atteggiamento diceva: che due palle!! Forse perchΓ© le ho fatto una domanda di troppo! Ma in realtΓ  no, da subito ho avuto questa impressione. Peccato!

Assolutamente disgustosi. Perso il treno italo a causa di un ritardo di un altro treno e non mi hanno cambiato il biglietto come hanno fatto in passato. Non sono neanche riusciti a indicarmi se c'era qualche altra persona o compagnia a cui rivolgermi. Mai piΓΉ Italo.

Difficile da trovare. Scarse Indicazioni e non ovvie . Fortunatamente l'Impiegata allo sportello gentile, paziente e disponibile, Γ¨ stata di grande aiuto. Peccato che dietro, nel frattempo, si fosse formata una lunga coda di utenti insofferenti per l'attesa. Peccato non ci fosse un altro sportello aperto. Era domenica?
Hard to find. Poor and non-obvious indications. Fortunately, the kind, patient and helpful Counter Clerk was very helpful. Too bad that behind, in the meantime, a long queue of users intolerant of waiting had formed. Too bad there wasn't another door open. It was Sunday?

Treno cancellato senza nessuna comunicazione. A richiesta spiegazione, la gentile assistente mi dice: si è stato sopresso perchè troppo vuoto, DOVREBBE ESSERLE ARRIVATA UNA MAIL (non arrivata nemmeno nello spam)..... prossima volta aereo o freccia rossa!
Train canceled without any communication. Upon request for an explanation, the kind assistant tells me: it has been overtaken because it is too empty, A MAIL SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED (not even in spam) ..... next time plane or red arrow!

Bought train tickets today, as my card won’t go through online so I had to get myself all the way here to buy the discounted ticket for the dates I wanted. The guy at the Customer service laughed at me as I told him the date (couple months from now) he said it’s too early to buy those tickets, and even told his colleague that β€œshe’s buying tickets for those dates and it’s too early”. first of all I found a great deal and for sure those prices will go up if I wait more and why does it matter he’s not the one paying for those tickets. Secondly the company won’t release the prices if it’s too early, (in my line of work we start planning the dates of our vacation as early as march-april for the summer) First time it happened to me, to be laughed at by buying a ticket. I have always used trenitalia and they’ve always been so kind. I guess I encountered an ignorant guy who doesn’t know what customer service means
