★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale disinformato e ignorante. Mi hanno fatto rifare un biglietto due volte, pagando anche 110€ (si prendono il 10% di commissione) perché l'impiegato non era a conoscenza del codice PNR stampato sul biglietto cartaceo che avevo dimenticato a casa (e di cui avevo la foto) .
Da denuncia
Uninformed and ignorant staff. They made me redo a ticket twice, also paying € 110 (they take 10% commission) because the employee was not aware of the PNR code printed on the paper ticket that I had forgotten at home (and whose photo I had) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in one of their agencies inside Milan train station. The worst experience of my whole life. Very hard to communicate if you're not italian because in Burundi they speak a much better english. Apart from that, they make you pay very high commissions and they try to sell you an unwanted and awful map. They try to hide the cost of 2 euros when you buy other services, so be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really difficult to find....even though it was my 4th visit to Milano. Only one person available on 31st December (when it was obvious at least 2 active persons on such day would be needed).... while the second man was doing "something" but not available to customers and eating while everybody could see that through the glass....I work within customer service sector throughout all my professional life and I was very surprised experiencing that such things still happen especially in such city as Milano.
I am in love with Italy and I recommend this city and this country to everyone, but on the other thing I am convinced that we all need to concentrate on the quality of service.
