β β β β β This is just to scam tourists. I bought a Milanocard with Duomo. The ticket shop at the Duomo didn't know the Milanocard and said it was only for the train. What the operator is doing here is fooling tourists! Leave the hands of Zani Viaggi. I myself paid double the normal price for the train ticket via Zani Viaggi. As a tourist you certainly don't need Zani Viaggi!

β β β β β Its a place to scam tourists. Do not buy here any service. I bought m ticket online, it's written online that you can pick your ticket at 10:00 am. I arived at 9 to Milan and wait until 10, no one came. After several call they told me they come at 11. You can easily buy ticket from Doumio or cigarette stations.

β β β β β This place is always closed. We bought the milanocard twice and twice were we unable to get to the ticket for public transport on time, because the place was closed! Both times, we arrived at a time, when the kiosk should have been opened, according to the opening both here and on the official milanocard.it website. Never again (e.g. Today - arrival 17.30, already closed)

β β β β β Got scammed into buying a return ticket even if the original one was a round trip type. I eventually emailed the travel agency presenting the two tickets for the same ride but no refund was made.
Avoid this company or be aware not to get scammed if youβre a tourist!

β β β β β We had the best experience on our trip from milan to lake como and bellagio. Our guide Mirko was just amazing! I cannot praise him enough for the help he gave me and my 2 year old daughter. I was travelling alone with my daughter and we were given all the assistance at various steps. We have throughly enjoyed our trip to lake como and bellagio specially due to mirko and the driver....
