Abbiamo fatto un viaggio piuttosto impegnativo ma certi che saremo stati seguiti in modo impeccabile come un brand come Cartier dovrebbe fare. Forse siamo stati sfortunati, trovando
una commessa poco propensa al dialogo o a seguirci nelle nostre esigenze per un giorno così importante. Capiamo la problematica legata alla dispobilita di prodotto a causa del Covid-19, ma l’ empatia con la pandemia non c’entra proprio nulla.
My partner and future husband and I went yesterday to choose the wedding rings together with our girls. We have had a rather demanding journey but we are certain that we will be followed flawlessly as a brand like Cartier should do. Maybe we were unlucky finding
a saleswoman who is not very inclined to dialogue or to follow us in our needs for such an important day. We understand the problem related to the lack of products due to Covid-19, but empathy with the pandemic has nothing to do with it.

If you pass by, just ask about Alessia, she is quite a wonder: extremly nice, helpful and professional ❤ Stella is also very, very nice and knows her job. I would definetly recommand. You can even ask them for special pieces, they manage to get me some earrings that were sold out in most of the places.
