★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono diversi parrucchieri/e la persona che mi ha tagliato i capelli ha fatto un buon lavoro e in pochissimo tempo. Il prezzo l'ho trovato un po' caro, erroneamente pensavo che essendo in un centro commerciale costasse un po' meno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo in questi negozio da tanti anni, e durante questo periodo si sono avvicendati diversi parrucchieri ....e con qualcuno mi sono trovata bene mentre con qualcuno no, tanto che volevo cambiare. Attualmente mi trovo davvero benissimo, e cosa molto importante con tutte e sottolineo tutte le persone che lavorano in questo negozio. Sono molto professionali, bravissimi ed allo stesso tempo anche molto simpatici e gentili...con loro mi sento davvero come a casa insieme a degli amici e soprattutto quando esco i miei capelli sono davvero stupendi e la piega mi dura tantissimo (ed i miei capelli sono anche molto difficili perché sono crespi e grossi). Io difficilmente faccio delle recensioni ma mi sono detta.che non è giusto scrivere solo quando le cose non funzionano...così dato che mi trovo veramente molto bene, ho scritto...lo consiglio davvero a tutti!!!

They are very professional, very good and at the same time also very nice and kind ... with them I really feel at home together with friends and especially when I go out my hair is really beautiful and the crease lasts me a lot (and my hair they are also very difficult because they are frizzy and large). I hardly make reviews but I said to myself that it is not fair to write only when things don't work ... so since I am really very well, I wrote ... I really recommend it to everyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se andare dal parrucchiere significa ritornare a casa con un'escoriazione sulla fronte perché la parrucchiera ha scambiato la tua testa per una grattugia e il cotone idrofilo per togliere il colore dalla fronte lo ha scambiato per parmigiano allora sei nel luogo giusto! Davvero delusa! Poca delicatezza e attenzione al cliente. L'essere sbrigativa e rozza non è una prerogativa per chi fa questo lavoro. Un po' più di rispetto per la testa delle clienti che spendono non poco!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pagato una semplice piega 40 euro senza scontrino. Rispetto alle 2 volte precedenti, oggi ho trovato mancanza di professionalità, di serietà e disonestà. Le motivazioni addotte sono state: capelli difficili da districare e troppo folti e quindi qualche goccia di lozione o balsamo in più. Presumo che il prezzario debba essere unico e non variare in base alla qualità del capello. O cmq uno spruzzo di un prodotto non giustifica un costo del genere. Mi spiace ma con oggi hanno perso un cliente....
I paid 40 euros for a simple fold without a receipt. Compared to the previous 2 times, today I found a lack of professionalism, seriousness and dishonesty. The reasons given were: hair difficult to untangle and too thick and therefore a few drops of lotion or conditioner more. I assume that the price list must be unique and not vary based on the quality of the hair. Or anyway, a spray of a product does not justify such a cost. I'm sorry but today they lost a customer ....

Come questa volta, porto mia figlia a tagliarsi i capelli e nel conto mi trovo un ristrutturante da €5 che non avevamo chiesto, perché tutti in parrucchieri della città il balsamo è compreso, e ti chiedono a te adulto, se mettere una cosa extra.
In ogni caso per una spruzzata €5, vuol dire che il prodotto costerà 100euro a confezione?
Spendere più di €50 per un taglio minimo ad una dodicenne è veramente scandaloso....!
