Mi hanno fatto un taglio che mi è venuta la testa tonda, come si tagliano ai bambini di 8 anni. Nonostante io dicessi guardi che mi stanno venendo tondi. Mi ha detto se volevo che venisse la responsabile a sistemarli, ma dopo un ora di taglio dovevo andare a lavoro. Sembro un monaco. Domani devo andare in un altro posto per farmeli sistemare. Comunque leggendo le altre risposte che ha dato, vorrei farle i complimenti per il modo cortese e garbato alla: "il cliente ha sempre ragione", che utilizza per tutte le recensioni negative. Il personale è sempre gentile,cordiale e simpatico. Ogni volta che ci vado mi faccio lavare i capelli e poi applicare una maschera che costa sui 20-30€ che ripara davvero i capelli e poi la piega è sempre strepitosa! È l’unico centro in cui esco di lì soddisfatta, negli altri posti, il mio primo pensiero era sempre quello di tornare a casa e rilavarmi i capelli perché non mi piacciono.
