 Young, up-to-date, professional. Very attentive to the environment, it is possible to purchase personalized and eco-sustainable hair care products and more. I was surprised by the welcome, by the smiles. Relying on them was nice .. a pampering that I would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia compagna, a distanza di qualche ora dal taglio effettuato, ha richiesto telefonicamente nuovo appuntamento per un ritocco minimo perché non soddisfatta. La ragazza al telefono ha risposto dicendo che "il taglio andava ripreso" e che sarebbe venuto a costare un extra, oltre a quello già pagato QUALCHE ORA PRIMA.
Il cliente deve essere soddisfatto quando esce dal vostro negozio. Evidentemente questo vi sfugge.
Sconsigliato, non torneremo.
My partner, a few hours after the cut made, requested a new appointment by telephone for a minimal retouching because she was not satisfied. The girl on the phone replied saying that "the cut had to be resumed" and that it would cost an extra, in addition to the one already paid SOME HOURS BEFORE.
The customer must be satisfied when they leave your shop. Obviously this escapes you.
Not recommended, we will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato: finchè sei lì il personale è gentile, ma una volta che esci tabula rasa: ho fatto un taglio in mattinata e ho richiamato qualche ora dopo per chiedere un aggiustamento su delle punte che alla vista non sono in armonia. Farmi capire che tornando avrei dovuto pagare un altro taglio, per aggiustarne uno fatto poche ore prima, mi sembra un comportamento molto poco orientato al cliente e soprattutto per niente interessato alla fidelizzazione. Infatti, non tornerò. Dovrebbe essere in primis vostro interesse soddisfare le richieste del cliente, non passare il messaggio che "ormai è andata" e se proprio vuole si riparte da zero. Sistemare delle punte penso potesse rientrare tranquillamente nei 53 euro di taglio appena fatto.

Making me understand that returning I would have to pay another cut, to fix one made a few hours earlier, it seems to me a very little customer-oriented behavior and above all not interested in loyalty at all. In fact, I will not return. It should be primarily your interest to satisfy the customer's requests, not to pass the message that "it's gone now" and if you really want to start from scratch. I think placing the tips could easily fall within the 53 euro cut just made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manca attenzione ai dettagli. Phon super caldo sui capelli bagnati mi ha causato una irritazione al cuoio capelluto. Peccato perché il taglio era bello ma da questa esperienza ho deciso di non chiedere (ne pagare) la piega mai più in vita mia. Spero sia solo sfortuna
Lack of attention to detail. Super hot blow dryer on wet hair caused my scalp irritation. Too bad because the cut was beautiful but from this experience I decided not to ask (or pay for) the fold ever again in my life. I hope it's just bad luck

Valentina and Alessandro ... Two easy-going, professional and highly trained people! They also have dyeing herbs, which is hard to find around. Nice lounge, spacious and welcoming. Nothing to do with the previous management. TOP.
